【摘要】：目的評(píng)價(jià)導(dǎo)入式健康教育對(duì)手術(shù)患者健康認(rèn)知及負(fù)性情緒的影響。方法選取在醫(yī)接受手術(shù)治療的患者120例,根據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)表法分為對(duì)照組及觀察組,各60例。對(duì)照組實(shí)施傳統(tǒng)護(hù)理,觀察組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上加用導(dǎo)入式健康教育,比較2組患者教育前后負(fù)性情緒改善、手術(shù)相關(guān)認(rèn)知及術(shù)后并發(fā)癥發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果教育后觀察組抑郁(56.67%)和焦慮(55.00%)分值為正常的患者比例均低于教育前自身和教育后對(duì)照組比例;教育后觀察組患者對(duì)手術(shù)知識(shí)、飲食喂養(yǎng)、術(shù)前檢查3個(gè)維度知識(shí)認(rèn)知率均高于教育前自身和教育后對(duì)照組;觀察組患者術(shù)后肺部感染、切口感染等并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率均低于對(duì)照組,以上差異均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論手術(shù)治療患者圍術(shù)期在實(shí)施傳統(tǒng)護(hù)理干預(yù)基礎(chǔ)上加用導(dǎo)入式健康教育,利于減輕患者心理壓力,改善其負(fù)性情緒,患者健康認(rèn)知度明顯提高,術(shù)后并發(fā)癥發(fā)生少,臨床護(hù)理效果顯著。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of inductive health education on health cognition and negative emotion of patients undergoing surgery. Methods 120 patients undergoing surgical treatment were divided into control group and observation group according to random list method. 60 cases each. The control group was given traditional nursing, and the observation group was treated with inductive health education on the basis of the control group to compare the improvement of negative emotion between the two groups before and after education. Results the patients with normal scores of depression (56.67) and anxiety (55.00) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group before and after education. The rate of knowledge cognition in the three dimensions of dietary feeding was higher than that in the control group before and after education, and the incidence of complications such as pulmonary infection and incision infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. Conclusion during the perioperative period, the patients undergoing surgical treatment should be treated with the introduction of health education on the basis of traditional nursing intervention, which is beneficial to lighten the psychological pressure of patients, improve their negative emotions, and improve the health awareness of the patients. The incidence of postoperative complications was less and the effect of clinical nursing was remarkable.
