【摘要】：目的調(diào)查擬行輔助生殖技術(shù)(Assisted Reproductive Technology,ART)治療女性的婚姻質(zhì)量狀況,并對其影響因素進行研究,為今后醫(yī)護人員對行ART治療女性有針對性地實施護理綜合干預(yù),改善不孕不育家庭在進行ART治療時的婚姻質(zhì)量狀況,加強社會及其家庭對不孕癥患者的理解和支持,改善患者的負性情緒和應(yīng)對能力,進一步提高ART治療效果提供決策性依據(jù)。方法隨機抽取2015年6月至2016年6月期間在河南省某婦幼專科醫(yī)院生殖醫(yī)學(xué)中心就診的符合納入、排除標準的209例擬行ART治療的女性進行調(diào)查。對研究對象采用問卷調(diào)查法,采用擬行ART治療女性的一般資料問卷、Olson婚姻質(zhì)量問卷、領(lǐng)悟社會支持問卷、特質(zhì)應(yīng)對方式問卷對研究對象進行調(diào)查。對調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計描述、單因素分析、相關(guān)分析及多重線性回歸分析時,運用SPSS17.0軟件包進行。結(jié)果1.本調(diào)查共抽取了215例符合納入、排除標準的擬行ART治療的女性進行問卷調(diào)查,發(fā)放問卷215份,回收215份,回收率100%,其中有效問卷209份,有效回收率為97.2%。2.本次調(diào)查209例擬行ART治療的女性,其婚姻質(zhì)量總得分在(229-392)分之間,平均得分為(327.72±29.98)分,婚姻滿意度(29.42±4.30)分、性格相容性(29.90±5.48)分、夫妻交流(28.44±4.73)分、解決沖突的方式(27.73±4.74)分、經(jīng)濟安排(28.21±4.71)分、業(yè)余活動(27.68±5.19)分、性生活(28.22±4.80)分、子女和婚姻(29.62±4.24)分、與親友的關(guān)系(30.85±4.76)分、角色平等性(27.81±5.13)分、信仰一致性(39.84±3.50)分,其中婚姻滿意度、性格相容性、夫妻交流、解決沖突的方式、經(jīng)濟安排分、業(yè)余活動、性生活、子女和婚姻、與親友的關(guān)系得分與常模相比,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01)。3.單因素分析結(jié)果顯示:不同人口社會學(xué)資料的擬行ART治療女性的婚姻質(zhì)量在其不同年齡、文化程度、家庭月收人、居住地之間的差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01);不同疾病特征的擬行ART治療女性的婚姻質(zhì)量水平在有無子女、主要家庭壓力來源、治療次數(shù)、不孕原因、不孕癥診斷之間的差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01)。4.本調(diào)查中,擬行ART治療女性的領(lǐng)悟社會支持總分為(64.32±7.94)分、家庭支持得分為(21.06±4.22)分、親朋支持得分為(22.95±4.21)分、其他支持得分為(20.31±3.07)分、積極應(yīng)對方式得分為(29.13±6.55)分、消極應(yīng)對方式得分為(27.03±5.95)分。相關(guān)性分析結(jié)果顯示:擬行ART治療女性的婚姻質(zhì)量與領(lǐng)悟社會支持、家庭支持、親朋支持、積極應(yīng)對方式呈正相關(guān)(P0.01),與消極應(yīng)對方式呈負相關(guān)(P0.01)。5.多重線性回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,以單因素方差分析有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義及與婚姻質(zhì)量有相關(guān)性的變量作為自變量,即年齡、文化程度、家庭月收入、居住地、有無子女、主要家庭壓力來源、治療次數(shù)、不孕原因、不孕癥診斷、家庭支持、親朋支持、社會總支持、積極應(yīng)對方式、消極應(yīng)對方式,以婚姻質(zhì)量總得分為因變量。結(jié)果顯示,年齡、居住地、有無子女、不孕癥診斷、家庭支持、親朋支持、積極應(yīng)對方式、消極應(yīng)對方式等因子進入回歸方程,此回歸方程對擬行ART治療女性的婚姻質(zhì)量得分具有預(yù)測性(P0.01),解釋擬行ART治療女性婚姻質(zhì)量變異度的72.2%。結(jié)論1.擬行ART治療女性的婚姻質(zhì)量總體水平較低,應(yīng)引起社會的關(guān)注。2.擬行ART治療女性婚姻質(zhì)量的主要影響因素有積極應(yīng)對方式、家庭支持、消極應(yīng)對方式、年齡、居住地、不孕癥診斷、親朋支持和有無子女。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the assisted reproductive technology (Assisted Reproductive Technology, ART) in the treatment of female marital quality, and analyze the influence factors, for the future of medical staff of ART for the treatment of women on the implementation of targeted nursing intervention, improve the family in infertility treated by ART when the marriage quality, strengthen the social and family support and understanding of the infertility patients, improve the patients' negative emotions and coping ability, provide the basis for decision-making to further improve the therapeutic effect of ART. In accordance with the doctor into the reproductive medical center of Henan Province Maternal and child hospital during June 2015 to June 2016 were randomly selected, exclusion criteria, 209 patients undergoing ART treatment of women the object of study. Using the method of questionnaire survey, the quasi ART for the treatment of women in general information questionnaire, Olson marital quality questionnaire, perceived social Support questionnaire, trait coping style questionnaire investigation. For statistical description of the survey data, the single factor analysis, correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis, using SPSS17.0 software package. Children and marriage relationship with family and friends, the score compared with the norm, the difference was statistically significant (P0.01).3. single factor analysis results show that the quasi ART for the treatment of women's marital quality in different age, different education sociology of population data, monthly family income, the difference was statistically significant between the place of residence (P0.01) the different characteristics of the disease; undergoing ART treatment of female marriage quality in having children, mainly family stressors, times of treatment, the causes of infertility, the difference was statistically significant between the diagnosis of infertility (P0.01.4.) in this investigation, to ART for the treatment of female social Support for (64.32 + 7.94), family support score (21.06 + 4.22) points, and support score (22.95 + 4.21), other support score (20.31 + 3.07), positive coping score was (29.13 + 6.55), negative coping style score (27.03 + 5.95). Correlation analysis showed that the quasi marital quality and perceived social support, ART for the treatment of women in the family support, family support, positive coping style was positively correlated (P0.01), and negatively correlated with negative coping style (P0.01).5. multiple linear regression analysis showed that the single factor analysis of variance and statistical significance correlation between marital quality variables as independent variables, namely age, educational level, family income, residence, have no children, mainly family stressors, times of treatment, the causes of infertility, infertility diagnosis, family support, family support, social support, positive coping Type, negative coping style, with the dependent variable of marital quality scores. The results showed that the age, place of residence, have no children, infertility diagnosis, family support, family support, positive coping, negative coping style and other factors into the regression equation, the regression equation is predictive of marriage quality score in women undergoing ART (P0.01), to explain plans to ART for the treatment of women's marital quality variability 72.2%. conclusion 1. undergoing ART treatment of female marriage quality overall level is low, which should be the main influence factors of social concern.2. undergoing ART treatment of female marriage quality have positive coping style, family support, negative coping style, age, place of residence. The diagnosis of infertility, family support and have no children.
