新型MRI納米對比劑釓噴酸摻雜的介孔二氧化硅納米粒子的制備及體外MR成像

【摘要】:目的研制一種新型的具有分子靶向顯像潛能的高摻釓量的介孔二氧化硅納米粒子用于MRI。方法采用反向微乳液法將釓噴酸摻雜到介孔二氧化硅(MSNs)孔道中,制備釓噴酸摻雜的介孔二氧化硅納米粒子(GdMSNs)。ICP-AES檢測納米粒的含釓量;透射電鏡觀察納米粒的形貌特征;3.0 T MRI系統(tǒng)體外觀察納米粒。結(jié)果成功制備出Gd-MSNs,電感耦合等離子體發(fā)射光譜儀測得摻釓量百分比達12.11%;制備的Gd-MSNs形態(tài)呈圓球形,直徑約50~70 nm。MRI顯示Gd-MSNs能顯著縮短T_1和T_2的弛豫時間,表現(xiàn)為短T_1、短T_2的信號特點。結(jié)論成功制備的單分散、易修飾、高載藥量的新型摻釓納米材料,有望成為一種新型的多功能靶向MRI納米對比劑。
[Abstract]:Objective to develop a novel mesoporous silica nanoparticles with high potential for molecular targeting imaging for MRI.Methods Gadolinium-spouted acid was doped into the mesoporous silica (MSNs) pore by reverse microemulsion method. Gadolinium-doped mesoporous silica nanoparticles were prepared by GdMSNsU. ICP-AES to detect gadolinium content. Results Gd-MSNs were successfully prepared, and the percentage of gadolinium doped with Gd-MSNs was 12.11% by ICP-AES. The morphology of prepared Gd-MSNs was spherical, and the morphology of Gd-MSNs was spherical, the morphology of Gd-MSNs was spherical, and the morphology of Gd-MSNs was measured by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer (ICP-AES). The diameter of 50 ~ 70 nm.MRI showed that Gd-MSNs could significantly shorten the relaxation time of T _ S _ 1 and T _ s _ 2, which showed the signal characteristics of short T _ 1 and T _ s _ 2.Conclusion A new type of gadolinium doped nanomaterials, which are monodisperse, easy to modify and high drug loading, have been successfully prepared. It is expected to be a new multi-functional target MRI nano contrast agent.
