【摘要】：目的:探索不同境況下的肢體殘疾人的需求差異,為制定康復(fù)服務(wù)政策提供客觀依據(jù)。方法:針對(duì)肢體殘疾人康復(fù)需求大樣本流行病學(xué)調(diào)查研究。通過(guò)在無(wú)錫市濱湖區(qū)進(jìn)行現(xiàn)況調(diào)查,采用橫斷面調(diào)查獲取濱湖區(qū)9個(gè)街道(鎮(zhèn))肢體殘疾人的調(diào)查問卷2831份,描述肢體殘疾人的康復(fù)及相關(guān)需求。結(jié)果:2015年無(wú)錫市濱湖區(qū)肢體殘疾人中男性占62.5%,女性占37.5%,但不同性別中康復(fù)服務(wù)需求率相仿,分別為33.6%、33.17%。殘疾等級(jí)以二級(jí)和三級(jí)居多,康復(fù)服務(wù)需求率在一級(jí)、二級(jí)中需求率較高,分別為43.17%和45.14%。雖然青少年兒童肢體殘疾人并不多,但其中有康復(fù)需求的人群占到了該人群的70.37%�；橐鰻顩r中未婚肢體殘疾人占絕大多數(shù),而離異肢體殘疾人的康復(fù)服務(wù)需求率最高,達(dá)40.85%。就業(yè)肢體殘疾人的康復(fù)服務(wù)需求率明顯低于未就業(yè)肢體殘疾人。而過(guò)去1年獲得過(guò)康復(fù)服務(wù)的依然有較高的康復(fù)服務(wù)需求率。功能訓(xùn)練依舊是濱湖區(qū)肢體殘疾人的主要康復(fù)服務(wù)需求,同時(shí)輔具器具的需求量較大。結(jié)論:在肢體殘疾人康復(fù)服務(wù)需求摸底與政策制定時(shí)可考慮適當(dāng)傾斜兒童青少年、有婚姻經(jīng)歷、未就業(yè)、重殘或過(guò)去曾有康復(fù)服務(wù)需求的殘疾人群。通過(guò)健全機(jī)制,擴(kuò)大部門合作和社會(huì)聯(lián)動(dòng),加強(qiáng)殘疾預(yù)防和健康教育,使更多肢體殘疾人享受到適宜的康復(fù)服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the differences in the needs of persons with physical disabilities in different situations, Methods: a large sample epidemiological investigation on the rehabilitation needs of persons with physical disabilities was carried out in the Binhu District of Wuxi City. A cross-sectional survey was conducted to obtain 2 831 questionnaires for the physical disability in 9 streets (towns) in Binhu District. Results: in 2015, 62.5 males and 37.5females had physical disability in Binhu District, Wuxi City. However, the rate of demand for rehabilitation services was similar among different genders (33.6g / 33.17.3). The rate of demand for rehabilitation services is higher in the first and second levels, 43.17% and 45.14 respectively. Although there are not many adolescents and children with physical disabilities, But among them, people with rehabilitation needs accounted for 70.37% of the population. Unmarried persons with physical disabilities accounted for the majority of the marital status, while divorced persons with physical disabilities had the highest rate of demand for rehabilitation services. The demand rate of rehabilitation services for the disabled persons with employed limbs is obviously lower than that for the disabled persons with unemployed limbs. However, those who have received rehabilitation services in the past year still have a higher rate of demand for rehabilitation services. The functional training is still the limb disability in Binhu District. The main rehabilitation needs of the disabled, At the same time, there is a large demand for accessories. Conclusion: when mapping the needs of rehabilitation services for the physically disabled and formulating policies, we can consider the appropriate inclination of children and adolescents, have marriage experience, not employed, Through a sound mechanism, expanding sectoral cooperation and social linkage, strengthening disability prevention and health education, enabling more persons with physical disabilities to enjoy appropriate rehabilitation services.
