【摘要】：目的:了解長沙市美沙酮門診患者服藥依從性現(xiàn)狀及主要影響因素,分析各因素對其服藥依從性的綜合影響。方法:分層抽樣的方法使用修訂問卷調(diào)查長沙市3個美沙酮門診共734名毒品成癮者。相關(guān)性分析的方法了解12個因素對門診患者服藥依從性的影響,因子分析的方法篩選出若干主成分,回歸分析的方法對各主成分進(jìn)行線性擬合,分析各主成分對門診患者服藥依從性的綜合影響。結(jié)果:影響美沙酮患者服藥依從性的12個因素可以歸納為5個主成分:服藥環(huán)境和療效(貢獻(xiàn)率32.150%)、心理狀態(tài)(貢獻(xiàn)率21.005%)、社會和朋友支持(貢獻(xiàn)率10.686%)、家人關(guān)懷(貢獻(xiàn)率9.181%)、其他(貢獻(xiàn)率7.976%)。5個主成分所擬合的多元線性回歸方程有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(F=43.82,P=0.00),相關(guān)系數(shù)R=0.81,決定系數(shù)R2=0.66。結(jié)論:影響長沙市美沙酮門診患者服藥依從性的主要原因是:服藥環(huán)境和療效不佳、心理狀態(tài)失衡、社會和朋友支持缺失、家人關(guān)懷不強。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the status of drug compliance and main influencing factors of methadone outpatients in Changsha City. Methods: the stratified sampling method was used to investigate 734 drug addicts in 3 methadone clinics in Changsha City by means of stratified sampling. The influence of drug compliance of outpatients, Several principal components were screened by factor analysis, and linear fitting of each principal component was carried out by regression analysis. Results: the 12 factors that influence the compliance of methadone patients can be divided into 5 principal components: the drug environment and the curative effect (contribution rate 32.150%, psychological state (P < 0.05). The contribution rate is 21.005%, the social and friend support (contribution rate 10.68665), family care (contribution rate 9.181), other (contribution rate 7.97661). The multivariate linear regression equation fitted by the five principal components is statistically significant, the correlation coefficient is 0.81, and the determining coefficient is R20.66Conclusion:. The main reasons for the drug compliance of methadone outpatients in Changsha City are: the medication environment and the curative effect are not good. Psychological imbalance, lack of social and friends support, family care is not strong.
