【摘要】：目的研究肥胖兒童血清脂肪因子瘦素(Leptin)、抵抗素(Resistin)、內(nèi)脂素(Visfatin)的水平及其與血管內(nèi)皮損傷的相關(guān)性。方法選取2013年5月至2015年10月期間該院就診的80例單純性肥胖兒童納入肥胖組,并選取同一時(shí)間段內(nèi)該院體檢的80例健康兒童作為對(duì)照組,測(cè)定血清脂肪因子Leptin、Resistin、Visfatin水平及外周血內(nèi)皮祖細(xì)胞(EPC)比例、內(nèi)皮微顆粒(EMP)數(shù)目,分析血清脂肪因子水平與外周血EPC比例、EMP數(shù)目的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果肥胖組兒童的血清Leptin、Resistin、Visfatin水平及外周血EMP數(shù)目顯著高于對(duì)照組,外周血EPC比例顯著低于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);不同肥胖程度的肥胖兒童中,肥胖程度越重,血清Leptin、Resistin、Visfatin水平及外周血EMP數(shù)目越高,外周血EPC比例越低;Spearman相關(guān)性分析顯示,血清Leptin、Resistin、Visfatin水平與外周血EPC比例呈負(fù)相關(guān),而與外周血EMP水平呈正相關(guān)。結(jié)論肥胖兒童血清中脂肪因子Leptin、Resistin、Visfatin水平升高是造成血管內(nèi)皮損傷的重要環(huán)節(jié)。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the serum levels of leptin, resistin resistinin and visfatin in obese children and their correlation with vascular endothelial injury. Methods 80 simple obese children from May 2013 to October 2015 were included in the obese group. At the same time, 80 healthy children were selected as control group. The levels of serum lipid factor Leptinine resistitin Visfatin, the proportion of endothelial progenitor cells (EPC) and the number of EMPs in peripheral blood were measured. Results the level of serum leptin resistitin visfatin and the number of peripheral blood EMP in obese children were significantly higher than those in control group, and the proportion of EPC in peripheral blood was significantly lower than that in control group. The higher the obese degree, the higher the level of serum Leptin resistitin visfatin and the number of EMP in peripheral blood, and the lower the proportion of EPC in peripheral blood. Serum Leptin resistitin Visfatin level was negatively correlated with peripheral blood EPC ratio, but positively correlated with peripheral blood EMP level. Conclusion the increase of serum lipid factor Leptin resistitin Visfatin level is an important link of vascular endothelial injury in obese children.
