【摘要】：目的了解上海市部分養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)老年人護(hù)理需求狀況及家屬和管理者對(duì)老年護(hù)理人員的期望等情況,以協(xié)助教育機(jī)構(gòu)制定符合當(dāng)前需要的老年護(hù)理人才培養(yǎng)方案。方法采用方便抽樣方法,選取上海市浦東新區(qū)3所養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的老年人及家屬、護(hù)理人員和管理者為研究對(duì)象,并按照隨機(jī)抽樣方法抽取200名老年人進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,再隨機(jī)抽取其中20名老年人及其家屬和部分護(hù)理人員及機(jī)構(gòu)管理者進(jìn)行訪(fǎng)談。結(jié)果養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)入住老年人有35.5%(71/200)表示需要起居照護(hù),有41.5%(83/200)老年人需要出行照顧,有27.0%(54/200)需要長(zhǎng)期臥床照護(hù);近60.0%的身患至少1種或以上的慢性疾病,在日常的治療和護(hù)理中,需要得到專(zhuān)業(yè)護(hù)理人員的治療和護(hù)理。老年人和家屬期望養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的護(hù)理人員熱愛(ài)本職工作、關(guān)心愛(ài)護(hù)老年人;具有良好的溝通能力和扎實(shí)的專(zhuān)業(yè)技能。養(yǎng)老護(hù)理人員希望人手能多一點(diǎn),工資待遇能改善。管理人員苦惱護(hù)理員流動(dòng)性大,招不到合適的人員。結(jié)論養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)護(hù)理人員缺口大,綜合素質(zhì)和專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)能力需要得到提升。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the nursing needs of the elderly in some old-age care institutions in Shanghai and the expectations of their families and administrators on the nursing staff of the elderly. In order to assist educational institutions to formulate a plan for the training of nursing talents for the elderly in accordance with the current needs, a convenient sampling method was used to select the elderly and their families, nursing staff and managers of three old-age care institutions in Pudong New District of Shanghai as the research objects. According to the random sampling method, 200 elderly people were selected for a questionnaire survey. Among them, 20 elderly people, their families, some nursing staff and institutional managers were randomly selected for interviews. Results there were 35.551 / 200 elderly people in old-age institutions who said that they needed daily care, and 41.5% of them needed to travel to take care of them. There are 27.0 / 54 / 200) who need to stay in bed for a long time; nearly 60.0% have at least one or more chronic diseases in their daily treatment and care. The elderly and their families expect the carers of the old-age institutions to love their work and care for the elderly; Have good communication skills and solid professional skills. Nursing staff hope to have more hands, pay can be improved. Conclusion the shortage of nursing staff in pension institutions is large, and the comprehensive quality and professional technical ability need to be improved.
