The Application of Cognitive Behavior Intervention Combined with Relaxation and Music in the Patients with Maintenance Hemodialysis

Objective:To explore the effects of the cognitive behavioral intervention applied in the psychological nursing on the patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods:70patients with maintenance hemodialysis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each group of 35cases.Cognitive behavioral intervention,assisted with relaxation training and listening to music,was applied in the observation group.Conventional health education and nursing were used in the control group.The anxiety and depression scores before and after interventions in two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference(P0.05)in the HAMD scores before the interventions between two groups.However,there was significant difference(P0.01)in the HAMD scores 3months after the interventions between two groups,indicating that negative psychology was improved in the observation group compared with the control group.Conclusion:Cognitive behavior intervention assisted with relaxation training and listening to music can ameliorate the anxiety and depression of the patients with maintenance hem dialysis.It is an effective psychological nursing method and worth clinically promoting.
