【摘要】：目的比較不同消毒方法對中心靜脈導(dǎo)管無針接頭的消毒效果,以便確定最佳消毒方法。方法采用現(xiàn)場采樣和細菌定量培養(yǎng)方法,觀察3種消毒方法對無針接頭的消毒效果。結(jié)果無針接頭處不經(jīng)消毒,有84.97%檢出細菌污染。使用20 g/L葡萄糖酸氯己定醇擦拭5 s、10 s和15 s消毒后,污染率分別為25.00%、19.61%和0.00%。用75%乙醇、5 g/L有效碘的碘伏和20 g/L葡萄糖酸氯己定醇對無針接頭處擦拭消毒15 s,檢出細菌污染率分別為13.73%、2.00%和0.00%。結(jié)論 3種消毒方法以葡萄糖酸氯己定醇消毒效果最好,但必須擦拭消毒≥15 s方可確保消毒效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the disinfection effect of different disinfection methods on the needle free joint of central venous catheter in order to determine the best disinfection method. The disinfection effect of three disinfection methods on the needle free joint was observed. Results bacterial contamination was detected in 84.97% cases without disinfection of the needle free joint. 20 g / L chlorhexidine gluconate was used to wipe 5 s 10 s and 15 s after disinfection. The contamination rates were 25.00% and 19.61%, respectively. The bacteriological contamination rates were 13.73 and 2.00% and 0.005%, respectively. Conclusion the three disinfection methods were glucose for 15 s, and chlorhexidine gluconate was 20 g / L for disinfecting the unneedle joints with 75% ethanol / L available iodine and 20 g / L chlorhexidine gluconate. Conclusion the bacterial contamination rates are 13.73% and 0.005%, respectively. Conclusion the three disinfection methods are glucose. Chlorhexidine acid has the best disinfection effect.
