【摘要】：目的·探討二維超聲聯(lián)合四維彩色多普勒超聲在子宮占位性病變診斷中的應(yīng)用價值。方法·納入2015年3月—2016年2月西南醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院診治的子宮占位性病變患者75例,對患者進行二維和四維彩色多普勒超聲檢查,確定病變部位、病變數(shù)量、病變性質(zhì)以及惡性病變的臨床分期,分析超聲檢查的準(zhǔn)確率。結(jié)果·75例子宮占位性病變中,子宮內(nèi)膜癌26例,子宮肌瘤21例,子宮息肉16例,子宮腺肌病12例;二維超聲聯(lián)合四維彩色多普勒超聲對子宮占位性病變的診斷準(zhǔn)確率為88.0%,明顯高于二維超聲(64.0%),差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。對子宮內(nèi)膜癌臨床分期的診斷,二維超聲聯(lián)合四維彩色多普勒超聲診斷準(zhǔn)確率為88.5%,明顯高于傳統(tǒng)二維超聲(61.5%),差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論·相對二維超聲檢查,二維超聲聯(lián)合四維彩色多普勒超聲能夠提高子宮占位性病變的診斷準(zhǔn)確率,更準(zhǔn)確地對子宮內(nèi)膜癌進行術(shù)前臨床分期,為治療方案的制定提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the value of two dimensional ultrasound combined with four dimensional color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine space occupying lesions. Methods: 75 cases of uterine space occupying lesions diagnosed and treated by the affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University from March 2015 to February 2016 were included in this study. Two-dimensional and four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasonography was performed to determine the location, quantity, nature and clinical stage of malignant lesions. There were 26 cases of endometrial carcinoma, 21 cases of hysteromyoma, 16 cases of uterine polyps and 12 cases of adenomyosis. The diagnostic accuracy of two dimensional ultrasound combined with four dimensional color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of uterine space occupying lesions was 88.0, which was significantly higher than that of two dimensional ultrasound (64.0%). The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The diagnostic accuracy of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound was 88.5, which was significantly higher than that of traditional two-dimensional ultrasound (61.5%), and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Two-dimensional ultrasound combined with four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound can improve the accuracy of diagnosis of uterine space occupying lesions and more accurately carry out preoperative clinical staging of endometrial carcinoma and provide the basis for the formulation of treatment plan.
