【摘要】：目的·調(diào)查上海市醫(yī)院消毒供應(yīng)室人員的專業(yè)知識掌握和個人防護現(xiàn)狀,分析存在的問題并提出對策,提高消毒供應(yīng)室工作質(zhì)量和管理水平。方法·采用整群抽樣調(diào)查方法,抽取上海市靜安、金山、青浦和嘉定4個區(qū)設(shè)置有消毒供應(yīng)室的23家不同級別醫(yī)院作為調(diào)查樣本。調(diào)查對象為104名消毒供應(yīng)室在崗員工及43名供應(yīng)室負責人,共147人。采用現(xiàn)場調(diào)查及問卷調(diào)查方式,對消毒供應(yīng)室工作人員的基本信息、專業(yè)知識掌握和個人防護情況進行調(diào)查。結(jié)果·各級醫(yī)院供應(yīng)室人員在專業(yè)知識調(diào)查中表現(xiàn)不一,其中民辦醫(yī)院人員表現(xiàn)明顯不如二、三級醫(yī)院;上海市醫(yī)院消毒供應(yīng)室人員防護意識薄弱,體現(xiàn)為個人防護措施不完善。結(jié)論·上海市醫(yī)院消毒供應(yīng)室人員的專業(yè)知識掌握不佳,職業(yè)防護意識薄弱。需優(yōu)化消毒供應(yīng)室的人力資源配置,加強人員培訓(xùn)和質(zhì)量管理。
[Abstract]:The survey of professional knowledge of Shanghai city hospital disinfection supply room staff to master the objective and personal protection status, analyzes the existing problems and puts forward countermeasures to improve the disinfection and supply room quality and management level. Methods using cluster sampling method, from Shanghai, Jingan, Jinshan, Qingpu and Jiading 4 districts have 23 different settings the level of hospital disinfection supply room. As a sample survey of 104 staff and 43 staff in disinfection and supply room supply department responsible person, a total of 147 people. The field survey and questionnaire survey, the basic information of disinfection supply room staff, professional knowledge and personal protection were investigated. The staff at all levels the hospital supply room in the professional knowledge survey shows that the private hospital staff performed significantly worse than the two, three grade hospital; Shanghai city hospital disinfection supply office personnel protection consciousness is weak, Conclusion: personal protective measures are not perfect. Conclusion: the knowledge and knowledge of staff in Shanghai sterilization supply department is not good enough, and occupational protection awareness is weak. We need to optimize the allocation of human resources in the disinfection supply room, and strengthen personnel training and quality management.
