【摘要】：透析后腎組織發(fā)生慢性炎癥是血液透析后的一種常見(jiàn)副作用,嚴(yán)重時(shí)會(huì)導(dǎo)致進(jìn)展性晚期腎病,危及患者生命。在免疫學(xué)上,血液透析引起腎組織出現(xiàn)慢性炎癥的原因是血透患者的免疫系統(tǒng)發(fā)生紊亂,其危險(xiǎn)因素包括尿毒癥毒素和透析相關(guān)因子等免疫系統(tǒng)刺激物。在免疫系統(tǒng)刺激物的長(zhǎng)期刺激作用下,免疫系統(tǒng)紊亂主要表現(xiàn)在補(bǔ)體紊亂、先天性免疫紊亂和獲得性免疫紊亂。目前國(guó)內(nèi)外在血液透析患者免疫系統(tǒng)紊亂方面有很多新的研究,但國(guó)內(nèi)沒(méi)有綜述,故本文將從免疫系統(tǒng)刺激物、補(bǔ)體系統(tǒng)紊亂、先天性免疫系統(tǒng)紊亂和獲得性免疫系統(tǒng)紊亂等方面的發(fā)病機(jī)理進(jìn)行闡述,為預(yù)防和治療血液透析所引起的腎組織慢性炎癥提供理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Chronic inflammation of renal tissue after dialysis is a common side effect after hemodialysis. In immunology, it can lead to advanced advanced nephropathy and endanger the life of patients. The cause of chronic inflammation in renal tissue caused by hemodialysis is the disorder of the immune system of hemodialysis patients. The risk factors include immune system irritants such as uremic toxins and dialysation-related factors. Congenital immune disorders and acquired immune disorders. At present, there are many new studies on immune system disorders in hemodialysis patients at home and abroad, but there is no review in China, so this article will focus on immune system irritants, complement system disorders, The pathogenesis of congenital immune system disorder and acquired immune system disorder is expounded to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of chronic inflammation of renal tissue caused by hemodialysis.
