【摘要】：正患者女,13歲。因發(fā)現(xiàn)左乳房包塊1月入院。入院前1月,患者無意中發(fā)現(xiàn)左側(cè)乳房有約雞蛋大小包塊,無疼痛發(fā)熱紅腫破潰,無乳頭溢液。查體:左右乳房不對稱,左側(cè)乳房可見8cm×7cm包塊,質(zhì)地較柔韌,邊界清楚,活動度較好,輕微壓痛,乳頭無凹陷、無橘皮樣改變、無分泌物。腫瘤標(biāo)志物示糖類抗原19-9CA199 71.61 U/ml,胸片未見異常,鉬靶檢
[Abstract]:The patient was 13 years old. She was admitted to hospital on January because of the discovery of the left breast mass. On January before admission, the patient inadvertently found that the left breast had an egg size mass, no pain, fever, redness, and no nipple discharge. The left breast showed 8 cm 脳 7 cm mass with flexible texture, clear boundary, good mobility, slight tenderness, no indentation in nipple, no change in orange peel, no secretion. Tumor markers showed carbohydrate antigen 19-9CA19971.61 U / ml, no abnormality in chest radiographs, molybdenum target examination.
