【摘要】：目的探討經(jīng)腹超聲聯(lián)合經(jīng)陰道超聲檢查對(duì)卵巢腫瘤的診斷價(jià)值。方法選取2012年6月至2016年6月間海南省中醫(yī)院收治的80例卵巢腫瘤患者作為研究對(duì)象,分別對(duì)患者進(jìn)行經(jīng)腹超聲、經(jīng)陰道超聲檢查以及聯(lián)合檢查,觀察比較3種檢查方式的診斷結(jié)果,并與病理診斷結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果經(jīng)腹超聲聯(lián)合經(jīng)陰道超聲檢查對(duì)惡性腫瘤的診出率(23.8%)高于經(jīng)腹部超聲檢查惡性卵巢腫瘤診出率(15.0%)以及經(jīng)陰道超聲檢查惡性卵巢腫瘤診出率(17.5%),差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。與病理分期結(jié)果相比,對(duì)于Ⅲ、Ⅳ期惡性腫瘤,聯(lián)合檢查的診斷符合率分別為87.5%和85.7%,明顯高于單獨(dú)經(jīng)腹超聲或經(jīng)陰道超聲檢查,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。良性、惡性卵巢腫瘤血流動(dòng)力學(xué)最大峰值(PSV)、平均流速(Vm)、搏動(dòng)指數(shù)(PI)和阻力指數(shù)(RI)等指標(biāo)進(jìn)行比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。結(jié)論經(jīng)腹超聲聯(lián)合經(jīng)陰道超聲檢查對(duì)卵巢腫瘤的診斷價(jià)值高,尤其對(duì)惡性腫瘤的診斷,值得廣泛推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the diagnostic value of transabdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound in ovarian tumors. Methods 80 patients with ovarian tumors admitted to Hainan traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2012 to June 2016 were selected as a study. Object. The patients were examined by transabdominal ultrasound, transvaginal ultrasound and combined examination to observe and compare the diagnostic results of three kinds of examination methods. Results the diagnostic rate of malignant tumors by transabdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound was 23.8%, which was higher than that of malignant ovarian tumors by transabdominal ultrasound (15.0%).
