18F-FDG PET圖像紋理分析在非小細(xì)胞肺癌中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:目的 ~(18)F-FDG PET圖像紋理分析作為一種新興研究方法,用于量化腫瘤內(nèi)放射性攝取的空間分布異質(zhì)性,進(jìn)而了解腫瘤的生物學(xué)特征。本研究總結(jié)~(18)F-FDG PET圖像紋理分析在非小細(xì)胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)中的研究進(jìn)展,探究~(18)F-FDG PET圖像紋理分析在NSCLC中的應(yīng)用價值。方法應(yīng)用PubMed和CNKI期刊全文數(shù)據(jù)庫檢索系統(tǒng),以FDG PET,NSCLC,腫瘤異質(zhì)性,紋理分析為關(guān)鍵詞,檢索2007-01-2016-10有關(guān)~(18)F-FDG PET圖像異質(zhì)性分析的文章。納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn):(1)~(18)F-FDG PET圖像的異質(zhì)性分析;(2)~(18)F-FDG PET圖像紋理分析在NSCLC中的應(yīng)用;(3)~(18)F-FDG PET圖像紋理分析的影響因素。根據(jù)納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn),最后納入分析31篇文獻(xiàn)。結(jié)果 ~(18)F-FDG PET圖像紋理分析在NSCLC的診斷、分期、療效預(yù)測及患者預(yù)后方面有一定應(yīng)用價值,由于~(18)F-FDG PET圖像紋理分析的影響因素較多,需進(jìn)一步研究來明確各影響因素對各種紋理參數(shù)測量的影響及其程度。結(jié)論 ~(18)F-FDG PET圖像紋理分析在NSCLC中的應(yīng)用日益廣泛,如何得到具有良好預(yù)測價值和可重復(fù)性的紋理參數(shù)是今后的研究方向。
[Abstract]:Objective as a new research method, texture analysis of F-FDG PET images is used to quantify the spatial heterogeneity of radioactivity uptake in tumors. In this study, we summarize the application of F-FDG PET texture analysis in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Non-small cell lung cancer. Progress in NSCLC. To explore the application value of F-FDG PET image texture analysis in NSCLC. Methods PubMed and CNKI periodical full-text database retrieval system were used. The key words were FDG PETX NSCLC, tumor heterogeneity and texture analysis. Search for articles on heterogeneity of F-FDG PET images from January to October, 2007-01-2016-10. Heterogeneity analysis of F-FDG PET images; The application of F-FDG PET image texture analysis in NSCLC; Factors affecting texture analysis of F-FDG PET images were analyzed according to inclusion criteria. Results texture analysis of F-FDG PET images was valuable in the diagnosis, staging, curative effect prediction and prognosis of NSCLC. There are many factors affecting the texture analysis of F-FDG PET images. Further research is needed to determine the influence of various factors on the measurement of various texture parameters and their extent. Conclusion texture analysis of F-FDG PET images is widely used in NSCLC. How to obtain texture parameters with good predictive value and repeatability is the research direction in the future.
