【摘要】：目的建立健康中老年雙下肢踝關(guān)節(jié)背屈和跖屈肌群最大等長收縮時(shí)相應(yīng)肌群積分肌電值正常值參考范圍。方法2015年9月至12月,收集41~75歲健康受試者110例,分為41~50歲組、51~60歲組和60歲組,測量受試者雙下肢踝關(guān)節(jié)背屈和跖屈肌群最大等長收縮時(shí)相應(yīng)肌群積分肌電值。結(jié)果與結(jié)論在踝關(guān)節(jié)背屈及跖屈運(yùn)動(dòng)模式下,脛骨前肌、腓骨長肌、脛骨短肌、腓腸肌在不同年齡組的積分肌電值均無顯著性差異(F4.545,P0.05);同一肌肉同一踝關(guān)節(jié)運(yùn)動(dòng)模式下左右側(cè)及不同性別積分肌電值比較亦無顯著性差異(F7.028,P0.05)。建立了健康中老年雙下肢踝關(guān)節(jié)背屈和跖屈肌群最大等長收縮時(shí)相應(yīng)肌群積分肌電值正常值參考范圍。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish the reference range of the normal value of the integral myoelectric value of the corresponding muscle group during the maximal isometric contraction of the ankle joint and the metatarsal flexor group of the middle and old aged. Methods from September 2015 to December. 110 healthy subjects aged 41 ~ 75 years were divided into 41 ~ 50 years old group and 60 years old group. Results and conclusion the anterior tibial muscle, fibula longus muscle and tibial brevis muscle were measured during the maximal isometric contraction of ankle joint and metatarsal flexor muscle group in both lower extremities. Results and conclusion in the mode of ankle flexion and metatarsal flexion, the tibial anterior muscle, the fibula longus muscle and the tibial short muscle were measured. There was no significant difference in the integral myoelectric value of gastrocnemius in different age groups. There was no significant difference in EMG values between the left and right sides and gender in the same muscle and ankle movement mode (F7.028). The reference range of the normal value of the integral myoelectric value of the corresponding muscle group during the maximal isometric contraction of the ankle joint and the metatarsal flexor muscle group in the middle and old aged patients was established.
