老齡人群甲狀腺功能與身體成分的相關(guān)性分析

【摘要】:目的 :探索老齡人群中甲狀腺激素與肌肉及脂肪等身體成分的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系。方法 :74例年齡≥60歲的甲狀腺功能正常的健康體檢者,平均年齡(74.6±7.7)歲,測(cè)定其體重、甲狀腺功能及身體成分等。結(jié)果:游離三碘甲狀腺原氨酸(free triiodothyronine,FT3)與四肢肌肉質(zhì)量(appendicular muscle mass,ASM)呈正相關(guān)(P=0.003),校正年齡、性別及體重指數(shù)(body mass index,BMI)后二者間仍存在正相關(guān)性(P=0.011);FT3與總肌肉量(去除頭部)呈正相關(guān)(P=0.024),校正年齡、性別及BMI后僅發(fā)現(xiàn)女性入組者中二者仍呈正相關(guān),而男性中未見明顯相關(guān);促甲狀腺激素(thyroid stimulating hormone,TSH)與四肢脂肪含量、總脂肪量(去除頭部)呈負(fù)相關(guān)(P=0.039;P=0.038),校正混雜因素后并未發(fā)現(xiàn)明顯相關(guān)性。結(jié)論:甲狀腺功能正常的老齡人群中甲狀腺激素水平影響身體成分。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the relationship between thyroid hormone and muscle and fat in aged people. Methods: 74 healthy people aged more than 60 years old with normal thyroid function were enrolled in this study. The average age was 74.6 鹵7.7 years old. The body weight, thyroid function and body composition were measured. Results: free triiodothyronine free triiodothyronine. FT3 was positively correlated with appendical muscle mass (ASM) and corrected age. There was still a positive correlation between gender and body mass index (BMI) after body mass index (BMI). There was a positive correlation between FT3 and total muscle volume (removing head). After adjusting for age, sex and BMI, it was found that there was still a positive correlation between FT3 and total muscle volume (removing head), but no significant correlation was found in males. There was a negative correlation between thyroid-stimulating hormone (stimulating) and limb fat content and total fat content (head removal). There was no obvious correlation after adjusting for the confounding factors. Conclusion: the thyroid hormone level affects the body composition in the elderly with normal thyroid function.
