【摘要】：目的探討自行設(shè)計并制作的多功能手術(shù)車的臨床應(yīng)用效果。方法選取某醫(yī)院2016年6月—12月使用普通手術(shù)床接受手術(shù)的患者60例為對照組,2017年1月—6月使用多功能手術(shù)車輔助普通手術(shù)床接受手術(shù)的患者60例為試驗組,通過自制問卷評價其性能及醫(yī)護(hù)滿意度。結(jié)果試驗組醫(yī)生和護(hù)士在通用性、操控性、便利性、費效比方面的評分高于對照組,在安全性和抗損性方面的評分兩組差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義;試驗組醫(yī)生對擺放體位滿意度為78.6%,對照組為28.0%;試驗組護(hù)士對擺放體位滿意度為87.5%,對照組為17.0%,兩組差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論多功能手術(shù)車操作簡便,通用性強,可以在一定程度上加快手術(shù)周轉(zhuǎn),縮短手術(shù)準(zhǔn)備時間,提高接臺手術(shù)效率及醫(yī)護(hù)滿意度。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical application effect of multifunctional surgical vehicle designed and made by ourselves. Methods 60 patients with common operation bed from June 2016 to December in a hospital were selected as control group. From January 2017 to June, 60 patients with general operation bed assisted by multifunctional surgical vehicle were treated as trial group. Results the scores of doctors and nurses in the test group in the aspects of versatility, maneuverability, convenience, cost-effectiveness ratio were higher than those in the control group. There was no significant difference in safety and damage resistance between the two groups. The satisfaction degree of the doctors to the position was 78.6 in the test group and 28.0 in the control group. The satisfaction degree of nurses in the test group was 87.5%, and that in the control group was 17.0. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the multi-function surgical vehicle is simple and versatile. It can speed up the operation turnover, shorten the operation preparation time, improve the efficiency of operation and the satisfaction of medical care.
