【摘要】：目的翻譯引進(jìn)經(jīng)口攝食功能評(píng)估量表(FOIS),并在攝食-吞咽障礙腦卒中患者中進(jìn)行信效度檢驗(yàn)。方法按照Brislin翻譯原則中雙人翻譯-回譯法,將量表翻譯成中文版FOIS評(píng)估量表后再將其回譯成英文,并征求源量表作者意見確定其最終版本。對(duì)中文版的評(píng)分者間信度、效標(biāo)關(guān)聯(lián)效度、交叉驗(yàn)證效度以及區(qū)分效度進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,患者出院后通過(guò)電話隨訪的形式檢驗(yàn)該量表的敏感度。結(jié)果 2名卒中護(hù)士的評(píng)分者間信度較好(Kw=0.83,P0.001);與洼田飲水試驗(yàn)量表的效標(biāo)關(guān)聯(lián)效度較好(r=-0.79,P0.001);臨床綜合評(píng)估結(jié)果顯示,兩組不同評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)局患者的FOIS評(píng)估等級(jí)差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(Z=-9.64,P0.001);FOIS評(píng)估結(jié)果與患者吞咽功能的兩個(gè)生理學(xué)指標(biāo)呈顯著相關(guān)性,且急性腦卒中患者出院后3個(gè)月內(nèi)的經(jīng)口攝食功能呈明顯好轉(zhuǎn)趨勢(shì)。結(jié)論翻譯后的中文版FOIS量表在我國(guó)攝食-吞咽障礙腦卒中患者中初步檢驗(yàn)具有較好的信效度,適于臨床護(hù)士用來(lái)評(píng)估和記錄攝食-吞咽障礙腦卒中患者的經(jīng)口攝食功能變化,值得進(jìn)一步推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to introduce FOIS. The reliability and validity of the patients with ingestion and dysphagia stroke were tested. The scale was translated into Chinese version of FOIS evaluation scale and then translated back into English, and the final version was confirmed with the advice of the author of the source scale. The validity of cross-validation and discriminative validity were verified. The sensitivity of the scale was tested by telephone follow-up after discharge. Results the reliability of the two stroke nurses was better than that of the two stroke nurses (0.83). P0.001; The validity of correlation with the Wadi drinking water test scale was better than that of r-0.79g P0.001; The results of clinical comprehensive evaluation showed that there was significant difference in FOIS evaluation grade between two groups of patients with different evaluation outcomes (P 0.001). The results of FOIS evaluation were significantly correlated with the two physiological indexes of swallowing function. The oral feeding function of acute stroke patients showed an obvious improvement trend within 3 months after discharge from hospital. Conclusion the translated Chinese version of FOIS scale has a good preliminary test in Chinese patients with ingestion and dysphagia stroke patients. Reliability and validity. It is suitable for clinical nurses to evaluate and record the changes of oral feeding function in patients with dysphagia.
