【摘要】:目的:探討詞聯(lián)導(dǎo)航訓(xùn)練法(word association navigation training,WANT)結(jié)合經(jīng)顱直流電刺激(tDCS)改善慢性非流暢性失語(yǔ)癥患者言語(yǔ)功能的治療方案。方法:16例非流暢性失語(yǔ)癥患者隨機(jī)分為真刺激組(8例)和偽刺激組(8例)。真刺激組tDCS陽(yáng)極置于左側(cè)Broca區(qū),陰極置于對(duì)側(cè)肩部,電流強(qiáng)度為1.0mA,2次/天,20min/次,連續(xù)10d。偽刺激組每次tDCS刺激30s后停止。兩組同時(shí)實(shí)施WANT訓(xùn)練。治療前后進(jìn)行西方失語(yǔ)癥成套測(cè)試(WAB)、訓(xùn)練圖片和未訓(xùn)練圖片命名測(cè)試。結(jié)果:治療前后兩組WAB失語(yǔ)商(WAB-AQ)和圖片命名測(cè)試得分均有顯著提高(P0.05)。治療后真刺激組訓(xùn)練圖片命名得分和WAB中言語(yǔ)流暢度得分顯著提高(P0.01)。未訓(xùn)練圖片命名測(cè)試得分和WAB-AQ較偽刺激組改善明顯(P0.05)。結(jié)論:詞聯(lián)導(dǎo)航訓(xùn)練法結(jié)合tDCS能更顯著地改善慢性非流暢性失語(yǔ)癥患者的言語(yǔ)流暢度和命名能力。
[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the effect of word association navigation training (word association navigation training, WANT) combined with transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) therapy on improvement of speech function in patients with chronic non fluent aphasia. Methods: 16 cases of non fluent aphasia patients were randomly divided into true stimulation group (8 cases) and pseudo stimulation group (8 cases). It stimulated tDCS anode is arranged in the left Broca, placed on the cathode side shoulder, current intensity is 1.0mA, 20min/ times, 2 times / day, stop the continuous sham 10d. group tDCS each time after 30s stimulation. Two groups of WANT. At the same time the implementation of training before and after the treatment of Western aphasia test (WAB), training. And no training picture naming test. Results: the two groups before and after treatment of WAB (WAB-AQ) and aphasia quotient picture naming test scores were significantly improved after treatment (P0.05). It stimulated group training scores of verbal fluency scores of picture naming and WAB significantly increased (P0.01) without training. The scores and WAB-AQ of training naming test improved significantly compared with the pseudo stimulation group (P0.05). Conclusion: word linking navigation training combined with tDCS can significantly improve verbal fluency and naming ability of chronic non fluent aphasic patients.
