【摘要】：回顧有關(guān)有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)能力和肌力對(duì)疾病預(yù)后判斷價(jià)值的里程碑式研究,表明有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)能力和肌力對(duì)心血管病發(fā)病率、心血管死亡風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、全因死亡風(fēng)險(xiǎn)以及腫瘤死亡風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的預(yù)測(cè)價(jià)值大于傳統(tǒng)危險(xiǎn)因素,是更強(qiáng)有力的死亡預(yù)測(cè)因子;提高運(yùn)動(dòng)能力可以顯著提高生存率。結(jié)合湘雅醫(yī)院多年的心臟康復(fù)實(shí)踐及臨床研究提出:"運(yùn)動(dòng)能力低下"應(yīng)作為一種臨床診斷;提高運(yùn)動(dòng)能力可明顯改善患者的生活質(zhì)量;運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練應(yīng)是"以有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)為基礎(chǔ),抗阻訓(xùn)練等為補(bǔ)充"的全面的運(yùn)動(dòng)形式;以原創(chuàng)《彈力帶強(qiáng)心復(fù)健操》為代表的社區(qū)家庭運(yùn)動(dòng)方案具有可行性,值得進(jìn)一步探索。
[Abstract]:A landmark study on the value of aerobic exercise ability and muscle strength in judging the prognosis of disease was reviewed. The results showed that aerobic exercise ability and muscle strength were associated with the incidence of cardiovascular disease and the risk of cardiovascular death. The predictive value of all-cause death risk and tumor death risk is higher than that of traditional risk factors, and it is a more powerful predictor of death. Improving sports ability can improve survival rate significantly. Combined with the practice of heart rehabilitation and clinical research in Xiangya Hospital for many years, it is suggested that "low exercise ability" should be regarded as a clinical diagnosis; The quality of life of the patients can be improved obviously by improving their sports ability. Sports training should be a comprehensive exercise form, which is based on aerobic exercise and supplemented by resistance training. The community family sports program represented by original elastic band rehabilitation exercise is feasible and worthy of further exploration.
