文章摘要：目的探究持續(xù)硬膜外麻醉在無痛分娩實施中的臨床療效及對產(chǎn)程的影響。方法 820例產(chǎn)婦分為觀察組和對照組,觀察組產(chǎn)婦在分娩過程中應(yīng)用持續(xù)硬膜外麻醉,對照組產(chǎn)婦未采用任何鎮(zhèn)痛方法,對比分析2組產(chǎn)婦的鎮(zhèn)痛效果、分娩方式、產(chǎn)后出血、產(chǎn)程及并發(fā)癥等。結(jié)果觀察組產(chǎn)婦鎮(zhèn)痛總有效率為95.12%,疼痛程度為0級314例（76.59%）,對照組0級38例（9.27%）,2組0級疼痛差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（χ2=319.178,P〈0.05）;觀察組產(chǎn)婦產(chǎn)程及分娩順產(chǎn)率均顯著優(yōu)于對照組（P〈0.05）;產(chǎn)后出血例數(shù)顯著少于對照組（P〈0.05）,而胎兒窒息、胎兒宮內(nèi)窘迫等不良癥狀的差異不顯著（P〉0.05）。結(jié)論持續(xù)硬膜外麻醉可以有效緩解產(chǎn)婦分娩時的疼痛,達(dá)到無痛分娩目的。

Abstr：Objective To understand the clinical influence of continuous epidural anesthesia in the process of labor during painless delivery. Method 820 primipara were chosen as the subjects for study and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. The primipara in the experimental group were administered with continuous epidural anesthesia while the control group were administered without. The data,namely,the analgesic effect,delivery methods,postpartum hemorrhage,labor and complications,of both groups were collected and analyzed. Findings The total analgesic effect of the experimental group was 95. 12% and level 0 was 76. 59%. The level 0 of the control group was 9. 27%. There were significant differences in analgesic effect（P〈 0. 05）. The labor and childbirth of the experimental group were significantly better than that of the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. The postpartum hemorrhage observed in the experimental group was significantly less than in the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. There was no significant difference in adverse symptoms such as fetal asphyxia and fetal distress（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The continuous epidural anesthesia can effectively reduce the pain of puerpera during childbirth,resulting in painless delivery.
