【摘要】：目的分析胃腸腫瘤患者術后飲食與術后早期腸梗阻的關系,并制定有針對性的護理措施以預防早期腸梗阻的發(fā)生。方法便利抽樣選取某省級腫瘤醫(yī)院2011年1月至2015年6月期間住院的胃腸腫瘤術后發(fā)生腸梗阻的患者73例為觀察組,同時選取同期住院的80例胃腸腫瘤術后未發(fā)生腸梗阻患者作為對照組,對觀察組及對照組術后飲食種類、飲食方式及對飲食知識的掌握進行比較。結果觀察組患者術后進食難消化食物、水果、過量飲食、飲食時未充分咀嚼食物的人數(shù)均多于對照組,對飲食知識掌握人數(shù)少于對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(均P0.01)。結論胃腸腫瘤患者術后進食種類、進食方式、對飲食知識的掌握與術后早期腸梗阻有關,提示護士要不斷強化與改進對患者的飲食宣教和管理,防范因進食不當所致術后腸梗阻的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the gastrointestinal tumor patients after operation of diet and early postoperative intestinal obstruction, and to develop targeted nursing measures to prevent early intestinal obstruction. Methods 73 cases with convenience sampling operation of gastrointestinal cancer during the period from January 2011 to June 2015 in a provincial cancer hospital after the occurrence of intestinal obstruction patients as the observation group, at the same time select 80 patients after the operation of gastrointestinal cancer did not occur in patients with intestinal obstruction as the control group, the observation group and control group after the type of diet, diet and diet compared to master the knowledge. The patients in the observation group after eating difficult to digest food, fruit, excessive eating, eating when not fully chew food the number was more than that in the control group, the diet knowledge number less than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P0.01). Conclusion gastrointestinal cancer patients after eating species, feeding on the diet Knowledge is related to early postoperative intestinal obstruction. It suggests that nurses should continuously strengthen and improve diet education and management for patients, and prevent postoperative intestinal obstruction caused by improper eating.
