【摘要】：目的:探討路徑式干預(yù)對手術(shù)患者家屬狀態(tài)焦慮的影響。方法:將手術(shù)患者家屬隨機(jī)分為對照組和觀察組,對照組采用手術(shù)室護(hù)理常規(guī),觀察組在手術(shù)室護(hù)理常規(guī)的基礎(chǔ)上采用路徑式干預(yù)措施,使用狀態(tài)-特質(zhì)焦慮量表(state-trait anxiety inventory,STAI)和自編《手術(shù)患者家屬滿意度問卷》調(diào)查手術(shù)患者家屬相關(guān)情況。結(jié)果:與對照組比較,觀察組手術(shù)患者家屬狀態(tài)焦慮得分下降,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(p0.05)。觀察組手術(shù)患者家屬對手術(shù)室護(hù)理工作滿意度得分高于對照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(p0.05)。結(jié)論:手術(shù)室路徑式干預(yù)措施在緩解手術(shù)患者家屬狀態(tài)焦慮上具有積極作用,同時能提高手術(shù)患者家屬對手術(shù)室護(hù)理工作的滿意度,值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of path-type intervention on the state anxiety of the family members of the patients. Methods: the families of the patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, and the control group was treated with routine nursing in the operating room. On the basis of nursing routine in operating room, the observation group adopted path intervention measures and used state-trait anxiety inventory. Results: compared with the control group, the anxiety scores of the family members in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The scores of nursing job satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: the operation room path intervention has a positive effect on relieving the anxiety of the family members of the patients. At the same time, it can improve the satisfaction of the operating room nursing care. It is worth popularizing.
