【摘要】：目的了解男性泌尿生殖道支原體感染特征及耐藥性,為臨床治療提供指導(dǎo)。方法收集重慶三峽中心醫(yī)院、湖北醫(yī)藥學(xué)院附屬人民醫(yī)院2014~2015年男科就診的男性患者臨床資料,收集精液、尿液、尿道分泌物、前列腺液標(biāo)本,對標(biāo)本進(jìn)行支原體培養(yǎng)檢測及耐藥性分析。結(jié)果 2014-2015年共檢測男性患者1 712例,支原體感染570例,感染率33.29%;其中2014年734例,感染211例,感染率28.75%;2015年978例,感染359例,感染率36.71%�！�20歲、21歲~、31歲~、≥41歲人群支原體感染率分別為19.39%、26.92%、50.58%和22.70%。31歲~組感染率與≤20歲、21歲~和≥41歲組比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ~2=73.6888,63.5098,71.3700,P均0.05)。無性伴侶者、有1個、≥2個性伴侶者感染率分別為12.11%(39/322)、28.87%(136/471)和42.98%(395/919);≥2個性伴侶組與無性伴侶組、1個性伴侶組比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(χ~2=99.9182,26.2493,P均0.05)。共分離出364株支原體,其中UU191株,MH 75株,UU+MH 98株。2014年分離139株,其中UU 73株,MH 29株,UU+MH 37株;2015年分離225株,其中UU 118株,MH 46株,UU+MH 61株。2014年分離的73株和2015年118株UU對TET、ASP、ERY、ROX、DOX、CRA、OFL、MIN、JOX和AZI的耐藥率分別為83.56%、36.99%、97.26%、38.36%、8.22%、12.33%、46.58%、16.44%、19.18%、26.03%和79.66%、34.75%、92.37%、40.68%、6.78%、37.29%、55.08%、14.41%、12.71%、38.98%。結(jié)論男性泌尿生殖道支原體感染者主要集中于21~40歲的性活躍者,性伴侶較多者感染率也較高。2014-2015年男性泌尿生殖道支原體以UU為主,臨床治療中可優(yōu)先選用交沙霉素、美滿霉素及強力霉素等。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the characteristics of male genitourinary tract mycoplasma infection and drug resistance, and provide guidance for clinical treatment. Methods the clinical data of male patients, the Central Hospital of Chongqing Three Gorges, Hubei Medical College Affiliated Hospital of 2014~2015 in andrology outpatient collected semen, urine, urinary tract secretions and prostatic fluid samples, detection and drug resistance analysis of mycoplasma culture specimens.
