【摘要】：目的:建立濁點萃取聯(lián)合高效液相色譜法測定血漿中橙皮素的方法。方法:利用非離子型表面活性劑Triton X-114膠束水溶液萃取富集橙皮素,以甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液(80∶20)為流動相進(jìn)行洗脫,Kromasil C18為色譜柱,柱溫25℃,檢測波長283 nm。結(jié)果:Triton X-114濃度5%、對照品溶液加入量10μL,調(diào)pH5,萃取溫度50℃,萃取3次,每次30 min,超聲5min,所得萃取率最高,為86.6%;橙皮素在0.34~10.80μg·mL-1內(nèi)進(jìn)樣量與峰面積線性關(guān)系良好,Y=94.715 X+4.328 5(r=0.999 4)。結(jié)論:濁點萃取和液相色譜聯(lián)用來測定血漿橙皮素,不使用有機(jī)試劑,綠色環(huán)保,簡便。
