【摘要】：目的探究青光眼術(shù)后行白內(nèi)障微切口超聲乳化吸出術(shù)的護(hù)理措施。方法選擇2014年6月至2016年1月三門峽市中醫(yī)院眼科收治的青光眼患者84例,將其隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組與觀察組,各42例。予以對(duì)照組患者常規(guī)性護(hù)理,給予觀察組患者針對(duì)性護(hù)理(術(shù)前術(shù)后護(hù)理及出院指導(dǎo))。對(duì)比兩組患者的護(hù)理優(yōu)良率和眼壓情況。結(jié)果觀察組護(hù)理優(yōu)良率顯著高于對(duì)照組,術(shù)后24、48 h眼壓優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論給予青光眼術(shù)后行白內(nèi)障微切口超聲乳化吸出術(shù)的患者針對(duì)性護(hù)理可顯著改善病情并提高護(hù)理優(yōu)良率,值得借鑒。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the nursing measures of cataract microincision phacoemulsification after glaucoma operation. Methods 84 patients with glaucoma were selected from June 2014 to January 2016 in Sanmenxia Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 42 cases each. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care. Patients in the observation group were given targeted nursing (preoperative and postoperative nursing and discharge guidance). The excellent and good nursing rate and IOP of the two groups were compared. Results the excellent and good rate of nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The IOP of 48 h was better than that of the control group. Conclusion the targeted nursing care for patients undergoing phacoemulsification through cataract microincision after glaucoma surgery can significantly improve the condition of patients and improve the rate of excellent and good nursing care, which is worthy of reference.
