【摘要】：日本從1970年開始進入老齡化社會,目前是世界上老齡化率最高的國家之一。隨著老年人口比例的加速上升,老年人的護理需求也日益增長。2000年護理保險制度的實施使日本產(chǎn)生了巨大的護理勞動市場。然而,近年來勞動力不足以及護理勞動者的待遇差等卻成為日本護理市場面臨的最大問題。本文主要以勞動報酬的相關(guān)理論框架為基礎(chǔ),以護理勞動者的合理化薪資水平為著眼點,探討日本護理報酬制度的設計、運行機制及存在的問題,并在此基礎(chǔ)上闡明護理報酬制度的改革方向及對中國的啟示。
[Abstract]:Japan has been in an aging society since 1970. It is one of the countries with the highest aging rate in the world. The demand for nursing care for the elderly is also increasing. In 2000, the implementation of the nursing insurance system led to a huge nursing labor market in Japan. In recent years, the shortage of labor force and the poor treatment of nursing workers have become the biggest problems facing the Japanese nursing market. Based on the reasonable salary level of nursing workers, this paper discusses the design, operation mechanism and existing problems of nursing compensation system in Japan. On this basis, the reform direction of nursing reward system and its enlightenment to China are expounded.
