【摘要】：目的探討羅伐他汀對血液透析患者微炎癥狀態(tài)及血脂的影響。方法選取2014年4月至2016年4月間入院行血液透析的100例患者,隨機分為對照組與治療組,對照組接受常規(guī)血液透析,治療組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上口服羅伐他汀,40 mg,1次/d,比較兩組一般資料、微炎癥指標、血脂及臨床癥狀。結(jié)果對照組與治療組的年齡、性別、透析齡、體質(zhì)量、原發(fā)病、超濾量、MQSGA評分、血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、總膽固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)等指標進行對比,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義;治療前兩組血清C反應(yīng)蛋白(CRP)、白細胞介素-6(IL-6)、腫瘤壞死因子-α(TNF-α)、TC、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、TG、血尿酸(BUA)差異均無顯著性;在治療后3個月,治療組CRP、IL-6、TNF-α、TG、LDL、TC及BUA均顯著低于對照組(P0.05);血液透析治療中,對照組與治療組出現(xiàn)乏力為4例vs.0例(8%vs.0%,P=0.04),疲勞癥狀為7例vs.1例(14%vs.2%,P=0.02),肌肉痙攣為8例vs.2例(16%vs.4%,P=0.04),低血壓為5例vs.0例(4%vs.2%,P=0.02),治療組顯著低于對照組。結(jié)論羅伐他汀可明顯改善血液透析患者微炎癥狀態(tài),降低血脂,改善透析相關(guān)臨床癥狀。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of rovastatin on microinflammation and blood lipid in hemodialysis patients. Methods 100 patients who were admitted to hemodialysis from April 2014 to April 2016 were selected. The control group was randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group received routine hemodialysis. The treatment group took rovastatin 40 mg / d on the basis of control group. Results the age, sex, dialysis age, body weight, primary disease, ultrafiltration volume and MQSGA score, blood urea nitrogen bun, creatinine creatinine were measured in the control group and the treatment group. There was no significant difference in total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG). Before the treatment, serum C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor- 偽 (TNF- 偽), low density lipoprotein (LDLT) and triglyceride (TG) were detected in the two groups. There was no significant difference in serum uric acid BUAs. At 3 months after treatment, the TC and BUA of the treatment group were significantly lower than that of the control group (P 0.05). In hemodialysis treatment, 4 cases of vs.0 showed fatigue in the control group and 4 cases in the treatment group, and the fatigue symptom was 14% in 7 cases of vs.1. There were 8 cases of vs.2 with muscle spasm, 16vs.4 with P0.04 and 5 cases with vs.0 with hypotension. Conclusion Lovastatin can significantly improve the microinflammatory state, reduce blood lipid and improve the clinical symptoms of hemodialysis patients.
