【摘要】：正骨母細胞瘤(osteoblastoma)是一種少見的成骨性腫瘤。脊柱和四肢長管狀骨是骨母細胞瘤的常見好發(fā)部位,其中大約45%的骨母細胞瘤發(fā)生于脊柱~([1])。而脊柱骨母細胞瘤又多發(fā)生在椎體后部附件,尤以棘突、橫突、椎板好發(fā),故系統(tǒng)分析位于脊椎骨附件骨母細胞瘤的影像表現(xiàn),對于全面認(rèn)識骨母細胞瘤、提高診斷正確率有重要意義~([2])。既往國內(nèi)外關(guān)于發(fā)生在脊椎骨附件骨母細胞瘤的文獻資料較少,且多數(shù)為散在個案報道形式,CT診斷方面的資料也較為缺乏。本研究回顧性分析經(jīng)手術(shù)病理
[Abstract]:Bone tumor (osteoblastoma) is a rare bone tumor. The spine and extremities long bone osteoblastoma is common predilection site which osteoblastoma occurred in about 45% of the spine ~ ([1]). The spinal osteoblastoma also occurred in the posterior part of the vertebral body attachment, especially in the spinous process, transverse process, lamina of vertebra good hair, is located in the annex osteoblastoma imaging performance of the system, for a comprehensive understanding of osteoblastoma, improve the rate of correct diagnosis is important ~ ([2]). It occurs in the spine at home and abroad on the attachment of osteoblastoma literature is less, most of which are scattered in the form of case reports, diagnosis of CT data is relatively lacking.
