氧化銅納米材料的制備及其在無酶葡萄糖檢測中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:本文以醋酸銅和碳酸鈉為原料,超聲法合成橢球形的氧化銅(Cu O)納米材料,并用X-射線衍射(XRD)、場發(fā)射掃描電鏡(FESEM)對(duì)材料進(jìn)行表征。采用Cu O納米材料修飾的玻碳電極(GCE)構(gòu)建了無酶葡萄糖傳感器。該傳感器對(duì)葡萄糖檢測的線性范圍為4.975×10-5-0.012 mol/L,檢測限(S/N=2)為3.651×10-5mol·L-1。該傳感器具有線性范圍寬,檢測限低,制備簡單,抗干擾能力強(qiáng),穩(wěn)定性好等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, elliptical copper oxide (Cu O) nanomaterials were synthesized by ultrasonic method with copper acetate and sodium carbonate as raw materials. The materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM). An enzyme-free glucose sensor was constructed by using Cu O nanomaterials modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE). The linear range of glucose detection by the sensor is 4.975 脳 10 鈮,
