面粉自動包裝機械手及PLC控制系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:面粉自動包裝機是現(xiàn)代面粉加工企業(yè)自動化關(guān)鍵設(shè)備之一。其包裝效率及各作業(yè)環(huán)節(jié)的可靠性和穩(wěn)定性對生產(chǎn)過程有著重要影響。迄今,我國的面粉自動包裝機僅處于起步階段,其作業(yè)過程存在著包裝袋粘接、套袋松弛、漏粉等重要問題,且包裝機械手各個環(huán)節(jié)之間的設(shè)計缺乏連貫性、緊湊性和高度配合性,無法提高機器的利用率和面粉自動包裝效率。因此,研究開發(fā)性能優(yōu)越、生產(chǎn)效率高、產(chǎn)量大、環(huán)保性能良好的面粉自動包裝控制系統(tǒng)顯得尤為重要。本文,通過對面粉自動包裝工藝和現(xiàn)有包裝機在生產(chǎn)中存在的主要問題進行分析,針對面粉自動包裝機的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)——包裝機械手自動取代、套袋、包裝袋夾緊、封口等工序,進行了面粉自動包裝關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究,建立了一種機械手自動取代、套袋、夾緊作業(yè)PID控制模型,并設(shè)計了一種面粉自動包裝機械手PLC控制系統(tǒng),對PLC控制系統(tǒng)的軟硬件、觸摸屏控制進行了分析研究與仿真設(shè)計。所提出面粉自動包裝控制系統(tǒng)中,包裝裝袋傳送機構(gòu)采用雙軌運行機構(gòu),雙軌并行,獨立并協(xié)調(diào)工作,確保加料的連續(xù)進行,可保證自動包裝專業(yè)具有較高的包裝速度和生產(chǎn)效率。面粉自動包裝機采用伸縮給料器和密閉回收倉裝置,包裝時從底部供料,避免了面粉包裝中產(chǎn)生粉塵污染和面粉損失。針對上述關(guān)鍵問題,提出了一種PLC與觸摸屏相結(jié)合的自動控制方案,并在自動控制中采用西門子公司的S7-200控制器作為主控器,采用變頻器控制的交流電機作為機械手的驅(qū)動電機,采用RS485總線通信協(xié)議構(gòu)成控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)。同時,研究了PID控制系統(tǒng)的原理,建立機械手控制的PID模型,并在機械手電機控制中加入PID調(diào)節(jié)器,調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)的動態(tài)和穩(wěn)態(tài)性能。本文還設(shè)計了一套以PLC為核心,以變頻電機為執(zhí)行元件,以觸摸屏為人機界面的面粉自動包裝機械手控制系統(tǒng),以RS-485總線通訊實現(xiàn)了PLC對各功能單元的控制,提高了系統(tǒng)的可靠性和系統(tǒng)性,實現(xiàn)了智能化的自動包裝控制過程和可視化的參數(shù)控制。
[Abstract]:Automatic flour packaging machine is one of the key automation equipment in modern flour processing enterprises. Its packaging efficiency and the reliability and stability of each operation link have an important impact on the production process. Up to now, the automatic flour packaging machine in our country is only in its infancy, and there are some important problems in its operation, such as bag bonding, bag relaxation, powder leakage and so on, and the design between each link of the packaging manipulator is lack of consistency, compactness and high compatibility, which can not improve the utilization rate of the machine and the efficiency of automatic flour packaging. Therefore, it is particularly important to research and develop flour automatic packaging control system with superior performance, high production efficiency, large output and good environmental protection performance. In this paper, through the analysis of the automatic flour packaging technology and the main problems existing in the production of the existing packaging machine, aiming at the key links of the automatic flour packaging machine, such as automatic replacement of the packaging manipulator, bagging, bag clamping, sealing and so on, the key technology of automatic flour packaging is studied, and a PID control model of automatic replacement, bagging and clamping of the manipulator is established. A PLC control system of flour automatic packaging manipulator is designed, and the software and hardware of PLC control system and touch screen control are analyzed and simulated. In the automatic flour packaging control system, the packaging and bagging transmission mechanism adopts two-track running mechanism, which is parallel, independent and coordinated to ensure the continuous feeding, which can ensure the high packaging speed and production efficiency of the automatic packaging specialty. The automatic flour packaging machine adopts telescopic feeder and closed recovery bin device, which supplies from the bottom when packing, which avoids dust pollution and flour loss in flour packaging. In order to solve the above key problems, an automatic control scheme combining PLC with touch screen is proposed. In the automatic control, Siemens S7 V200 controller is used as the main controller, AC motor controlled by frequency converter is used as the driving motor of manipulator, and RS485 bus communication protocol is used to form the control network. At the same time, the principle of PID control system is studied, the PID model of manipulator control is established, and the PID regulator is added to the manipulator motor control to adjust the dynamic and steady-state performance of the system. This paper also designs a set of flour automatic packaging manipulator control system with PLC as the core, frequency conversion motor as the executive element and touch screen as the human interface. The PLC control of each functional unit is realized by RS-485 bus communication, which improves the reliability and systematicness of the system, and realizes the intelligent automatic packaging control process and visual parameter control.
