無線遙控電暖器控制系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:電暖器因其具有體積小、升溫快、無污染等特點(diǎn)成為冬季取暖的重要設(shè)備,隨著人們生活水平的提高,對(duì)電暖器產(chǎn)品的性能要求也越來越高。而目前市面上的電暖器普遍采用幾個(gè)檔位功率調(diào)節(jié)的開環(huán)溫度控制方式,存在控制方式單一、精度低、功耗大等缺點(diǎn)。針對(duì)這一問題,本文研究了電暖器控制系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),提出了“主機(jī)+遙控器+測(cè)溫器”三體結(jié)構(gòu)的無線遙控電暖器控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方案,在測(cè)溫器上設(shè)置溫度傳感器準(zhǔn)確反饋室溫,實(shí)現(xiàn)了電暖器對(duì)室溫的閉環(huán)控制!爸鳈C(jī)+遙控器+測(cè)溫器”三體結(jié)構(gòu)的無線遙控電暖器控制系統(tǒng)以主機(jī)為核心完成定溫、定時(shí)、預(yù)約加熱等功能,配置遙控器以方便用戶對(duì)主機(jī)進(jìn)行設(shè)置操作,采用獨(dú)立的測(cè)溫器向主機(jī)反饋室溫,實(shí)現(xiàn)了主機(jī)對(duì)室溫的閉環(huán)準(zhǔn)確控制。主機(jī)以熱穩(wěn)定性好、低功耗、高性能STC89C52單片機(jī)為核心,通過高速、遠(yuǎn)距離、低功耗無線射頻模塊nRF24L01實(shí)現(xiàn)與測(cè)溫器和遙控器的可靠通信,采用JCM12864M液晶模塊顯示狀態(tài)信息,根據(jù)設(shè)定的加熱溫度與反饋室溫的差值,運(yùn)用MGR-1 D4810固態(tài)繼電器采用PWM方波脈寬調(diào)制實(shí)現(xiàn)加熱功率的調(diào)節(jié),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)室溫的閉環(huán)準(zhǔn)確控制;遙控器選用具有掉電模式的低功耗STC15F2K60S2單片機(jī)作為控制核心,以0.96寸有機(jī)電激光顯示器OLED12864作為人機(jī)界面,以節(jié)約遙控器的功耗;測(cè)溫器上設(shè)置DS18B20溫度傳感器將檢測(cè)的室溫通過nRF24L01無線射頻模塊定時(shí)反饋至主機(jī),采用數(shù)碼管顯示室溫以提高顯示亮度,同時(shí)具備簡(jiǎn)單的遙控功能。在軟件設(shè)計(jì)上,結(jié)合系統(tǒng)功能特點(diǎn)采用合理的編程邏輯以降低系統(tǒng)的功耗,使用單片機(jī)C語言作為編程語言,利用Keil uVision4構(gòu)建編程環(huán)境,實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的各個(gè)功能。經(jīng)實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,“主機(jī)+遙控器+測(cè)溫器”三體結(jié)構(gòu)的電暖器控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方案實(shí)現(xiàn)了電暖器對(duì)室溫的閉環(huán)準(zhǔn)確控制,同時(shí)解決了反饋室溫傳感器設(shè)置于遙控器上的“主機(jī)+遙控器”兩體結(jié)構(gòu)方案中遙控器電池使用壽命較短的問題。本系統(tǒng)經(jīng)反復(fù)調(diào)試,各部分通信良好,運(yùn)行可靠,具有較好的應(yīng)用前景和市場(chǎng)價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Electric heater has become an important equipment for heating in winter because of its small volume, fast heating and no pollution. With the improvement of people's living standards, the performance requirements of electric heater products are getting higher and higher. At present, the open-loop temperature control mode of several gear power regulation is widely used in the electric heater on the market, which has some shortcomings, such as single control mode, low precision, high power consumption and so on. In order to solve this problem, this paper studies the key technology of the electric heater control system, and puts forward the design scheme of the wireless remote control heater control system with the three-body structure of the "host remote controller thermometer". The temperature sensor is set up on the thermometer to feed back the room temperature accurately, and the closed-loop control of the heater to the room temperature is realized. The wireless remote control heater control system with the three-body structure of "host remote controller" takes the host as the core to complete the functions of fixed temperature, timing, reservation heating and so on. The remote controller is configured to facilitate the user to set and operate the host computer. The independent thermometer is used to feed back the room temperature to the host computer, and the closed-loop and accurate control of the host to the room temperature is realized. The host computer is based on STC89C52 single chip microcomputer with good thermal stability, low power consumption and high performance, and realizes reliable communication with thermometer and remote controller through high speed, long distance and low power radio frequency module nRF24L01. JCM12864M liquid crystal module is used to display state information. According to the difference between set heating temperature and feedback room temperature, MGR-1 D4810 solid state relay adopts PWM square wave pulse width modulation to adjust heating power. Thus, the closed loop accurate control of room temperature can be realized. The remote controller selects the low power STC15F2K60S2 single chip microcomputer with power off mode as the control core, and uses 0.96 inch electromechanical laser display OLED12864 as the man-machine interface to save the power consumption of the remote controller. The DS18B20 temperature sensor is set up on the thermometer to feed back the detected room temperature to the host computer regularly through the nRF24L01 radio frequency module, and the digital tube is used to display the room temperature to improve the display brightness, and at the same time, it has a simple remote control function. In the software design, according to the functional characteristics of the system, reasonable programming logic is adopted to reduce the power consumption of the system. Single chip microcomputer C language is used as the programming language, and Keil uVision4 is used to construct the programming environment to realize the various functions of the system. The experimental results show that the design scheme of the electric heater control system with the three-body structure of the "host remote controller" realizes the closed-loop and accurate control of the electric heater to the room temperature, and solves the problem that the battery life of the remote controller is short in the two-body structure scheme of the "host remote controller" in which the feedback room temperature sensor is set on the remote control. After repeated debugging, each part of the system has good communication and reliable operation, and has a good application prospect and market value.
