四自由度包裝搬運(yùn)機(jī)械手控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)
[Abstract]:Objective To improve the degree of automation of packaging production line. Methods Based on the S7-200 PLC and the vinylon TK6050ip touch screen, a full-automatic packaging and handling pneumatic manipulator control system was designed, and the hardware structure of the control system was designed and the software was programmed on the basis of the hardware structure. Finally, the test and application study were carried out. The experimental data shows that the control system can ensure the stability, accuracy and rapidity of operation of the pneumatic manipulator, and has the advantages of convenient operation, high working efficiency, reliable operation and the like. Conclusion The pneumatic manipulator based on PLC and touch screen control can improve the degree of automation of packaging production line, and can meet the requirements of packaging control and production demand.
