基于TDLAS技術(shù)的在線多組分氣體濃度檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:為了提高環(huán)境氣體監(jiān)測(cè)精度,降低設(shè)備維護(hù)成本需求,設(shè)計(jì)了一種多組分氣體同時(shí)或近同時(shí)在線檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)基于TDLAS技術(shù)采用DFB可調(diào)諧激光測(cè)量氣體濃度,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)760 nm O_2和2 326 nm CO混合氣體同時(shí)在線監(jiān)測(cè)。設(shè)計(jì)發(fā)射單元、接收單元等模塊,分析TDLAS可調(diào)諧激光檢測(cè)、PID溫度控制、鎖相檢測(cè)原理。結(jié)合火電廠煙道氧量濃度測(cè)試,對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:與傳統(tǒng)的工業(yè)氣體測(cè)量裝置相比,該系統(tǒng)能獲得更高的精度、更快的響應(yīng)速度以及良好的穩(wěn)定性,適應(yīng)惡劣環(huán)境能力強(qiáng),具有較好的實(shí)用性及可行性。
