基于TDLAS技術(shù)的在線多組分氣體濃度檢測系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:為了提高環(huán)境氣體監(jiān)測精度,降低設備維護成本需求,設計了一種多組分氣體同時或近同時在線檢測系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)基于TDLAS技術(shù)采用DFB可調(diào)諧激光測量氣體濃度,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)760 nm O_2和2 326 nm CO混合氣體同時在線監(jiān)測。設計發(fā)射單元、接收單元等模塊,分析TDLAS可調(diào)諧激光檢測、PID溫度控制、鎖相檢測原理。結(jié)合火電廠煙道氧量濃度測試,對系統(tǒng)進行了驗證。實驗結(jié)果表明:與傳統(tǒng)的工業(yè)氣體測量裝置相比,該系統(tǒng)能獲得更高的精度、更快的響應速度以及良好的穩(wěn)定性,適應惡劣環(huán)境能力強,具有較好的實用性及可行性。
