條碼位移傳感器的研究與實(shí)現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:Bar code positioning technology provides an effective detection scheme and means for the measurement of specific parameters such as settlement and deformation of high-speed rail and subgrade. In this paper, a bar code displacement sensor is developed, which is composed of coded bar code ruler and corresponding decoding device, which can be assembled together for close, contact or non-contact high precision measurement. It can also be separated for long distance, a large number of non-contact high-precision measurement. It is convenient to set up a measurement system to realize the high precision automatic measurement of these specific parameters. In this paper, based on the study of bar code coding scheme, bar code recognition method and decoding algorithm, a multi-period equal interval displacement bar code coding and decoding scheme is proposed, and a displacement bar code ruler is designed. Based on the embedded system ARM processor, the displacement bar code acquisition and decoding device is designed, including the circuit design and manufacture, the selection of electronic components and the construction of optical system, and the device samples are made. The barcode image processing algorithm and displacement decoding algorithm are designed and programmed to realize the corresponding function and measurement index of barcode displacement sensor. The experimental scheme is designed to evaluate the performance of the bar code displacement sensor. The experimental results show that the repeatability accuracy of the bar code displacement sensor is less than 1 渭 m, the stability is less than 4 渭 m / cycle, the accuracy is 鹵5 渭 m, and the measuring frequency is 50 Hz. Finally, a reference scheme for settlement and deformation measurement of high-speed rail and subgrade is put forward.
