智能光纖傳感器系統(tǒng)設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:為了提高光纖傳感器系統(tǒng)的檢測質(zhì)量,設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)了智能光纖傳感器系統(tǒng)。首先采用光纖將輻射傳遞到光電二極管,并通過該管輸出信號,實現(xiàn)光電變換。然后采用模數(shù)A/D變換器將電信號變換成數(shù)字信號,向P89C668單片機輸入數(shù)字信號后通過軟件對物體進行動態(tài)調(diào)整。最后采用數(shù)字模擬變換器將信號變換成電壓信號輸出,實現(xiàn)了CAN總線通訊接口設(shè)計與傳感器系統(tǒng)的組網(wǎng)。結(jié)果表明,該系統(tǒng)的檢測誤差低于1℃,可對光源進行平穩(wěn)控制,具有較高的抗干擾性。
