老年人陪護機器人服務(wù)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計研究

【摘要】:目的通過對服務(wù)系統(tǒng)框架的了解,將老年人使用的傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品轉(zhuǎn)化為一種社會化的技術(shù)系統(tǒng),將自然系統(tǒng)與制造系統(tǒng)聯(lián)合,為用戶提供服務(wù)以滿足客戶的需要和期待。方法以"馬斯洛人類需求五層次理論"為基礎(chǔ),洞察老年人身心需求,側(cè)重用戶感情考慮,得出老年人陪護機器人服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計準則。結(jié)論最終設(shè)計出一套適合老年人陪護機器人的服務(wù)系統(tǒng),為老年人提供一個更加舒適、安全、健康的生活環(huán)境,從而為加快護理機器人設(shè)計的實用性、操控性、互動性、安全性、智能性、系統(tǒng)性進程,奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Aim to transform the traditional products used by the elderly into a socialized technical system by understanding the framework of the service system and combine the natural system with the manufacturing system to provide users with services to meet the needs and expectations of the customers. Methods based on Maslow's five-level theory of human needs, the physical and mental needs of the elderly were studied, and the design criteria of the service system for the elderly companion robot were obtained. Conclusion A set of service system suitable for the elderly escort robot is designed to provide a more comfortable, safe and healthy living environment for the elderly, so as to accelerate the practical, manipulative and interactive design of the nursing robot. Safety, intelligence, systematic process, laid the theoretical foundation.
