臭氧標(biāo)準(zhǔn)參考光度計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)采集方法及改進(jìn)
[Abstract]:In order to establish a unified environmental air ozone automatic monitoring value traceability and transmission system, ozone standard reference photometer should be used as the reference photometer to ensure the traceability and consistency of ozone monitoring data. This paper introduces three data acquisition methods of ozone standard reference photometer serial port connection, analog signal connection and instrument data storage-manual input, and improves the data acquisition method by using USB to DB 9 serial line innovatively. Serial port connection is used for data acquisition. API T703, EC 9811, TF 49iPS ozone calibrators from three different manufacturers were calibrated by the improved method. The average slope of the calibration curves was 1.011 99,1.002 87,1.005 17, respectively. The mean interceptions were-0.548 14, 0.064 07 and 0.212 10 nmol / mol, respectively, which were in accordance with the first grade calibration of ozone. The improved method can be applied to different manufacturers and different types of instruments. The operation is more convenient and rapid, the data acquisition is more real and effective, and the disadvantages of analog signal connection data distortion, instrument data storage-manual input time-consuming and energy-consuming are solved. It can greatly improve the authenticity and convenience of ozone level calibration data collection.
