機(jī)器人采摘荔枝的跌落碰撞損傷試驗(yàn)

【摘要】:【目的】減小機(jī)器人采摘荔枝時(shí)因回收放置不當(dāng)產(chǎn)生的跌落碰撞損傷。【方法】對(duì)荔枝進(jìn)行跌落碰撞試驗(yàn),分析不同的跌落碰撞條件對(duì)荔枝失質(zhì)量率及果殼褐變指數(shù)的影響!窘Y(jié)果】荔枝失質(zhì)量率及果殼褐變指數(shù)隨著采摘回收下放高度的提高和儲(chǔ)藏時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)而分別增加;相同下放高度,碰撞接觸材料為PVC板時(shí),荔枝失質(zhì)量率及果殼褐變指數(shù)最大;試驗(yàn)范圍內(nèi),回收裝置采用塑料框時(shí),儲(chǔ)藏2 d機(jī)器人采摘回收的最大起始下放高度為60 cm,儲(chǔ)藏1周為30 cm;回收裝置為瓦楞紙果箱,儲(chǔ)藏2 d機(jī)器人采摘回收的最大起始下放高度為75 cm,儲(chǔ)藏1周為45 cm;回收裝置底層布滿(mǎn)荔枝后,儲(chǔ)藏2 d機(jī)器人采摘回收的最大起始下放高度可提高到90 cm,儲(chǔ)藏1周可提高到60 cm!窘Y(jié)論】該研究可為荔枝機(jī)器人采摘回收放置減損策略的構(gòu)建提供指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:[objective] to reduce the damage of drop collision caused by improper recovery and placement during picking litchi by robot. [methods] drop impact test was carried out on litchi. The effects of different drop impact conditions on litchi mass loss rate and fruit shell browning index were analyzed. [results] the litchi mass loss rate and fruit shell browning index increased with the increase of collecting and recovering height and the prolongation of storage time. When the impact contact material was PVC plate, the litchi mass loss rate and shell browning index were the largest. In the range of the experiment, when the recovery device is plastic frame, the maximum starting and down height of the robot picking and recycling is 60 cm, 1 week and 30 cm;. The recovery device is a corrugated fruit box, and the maximum starting and low height of the robot picking and recovery is 75 cm, for 1 week and 45 cm; for 2 d storage. After the bottom layer of the recovery plant was covered with litchi, the maximum initial down-down height of the robot for 2 days storage could be raised to 90 cm,. Storage for 1 week could be increased to 60 cm. [conclusion] this study could provide guidance for the construction of the reduction strategy of harvesting, recovery and placement of litchi robot.
