基于Modbus的寒地水稻育秧環(huán)境智能監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:針對墾區(qū)工廠化育秧生產(chǎn)自動化與信息化的需求,為了促進育秧生產(chǎn)和管理效率、及時掌握育秧環(huán)境的參數(shù),設(shè)計了一套基于Modbus的智能監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)PC機與育秧大棚主機監(jiān)控器之間采用無線的形式進行通信,通過監(jiān)控中心就可以對育秧環(huán)境參數(shù)進行監(jiān)測;主機監(jiān)控器與從機采集器之間采用Modbus協(xié)議的RS4 8 5總線方式進行通信。該系統(tǒng)還具有噴灌和卷簾自動控制功能。同時,利用嵌入式微處理器技術(shù)、自動控制技術(shù)、通信技術(shù)和傳感器技術(shù)相結(jié)合的方式,實現(xiàn)對育秧環(huán)境的實時監(jiān)測,進而對秧苗的生長環(huán)境進行合理調(diào)控,以提高其品質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the efficiency of seedling production and management and grasp the parameters of seedling raising environment, an intelligent monitoring system based on Modbus was designed. The communication between the PC machine and the monitor of the main engine of seedling raising shed is wireless, and the environmental parameters of seedling raising can be monitored by the monitoring center. The communication between host monitor and slave collector adopts RS4 85 bus mode of Modbus protocol. The system also has automatic control function of sprinkler irrigation and rolling curtain. At the same time, the embedded microprocessor technology, automatic control technology, communication technology and sensor technology are combined to realize the real-time monitoring of seedling raising environment, and then to control the seedling growth environment reasonably to improve its quality.
