二灘水電站計(jì)算機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)問題分析與改造

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速增長,社會(huì)對(duì)能源尤其是電力的需求也相應(yīng)增加,這也促進(jìn)了電力工業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展。隨著電網(wǎng)規(guī)模的逐漸增大,以及日益嚴(yán)峻的網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全形勢(shì),對(duì)發(fā)電企業(yè)供電的安全性、可靠性、穩(wěn)定性以及電能質(zhì)量都提出了更高的要求,尤其對(duì)發(fā)電企業(yè)計(jì)算機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)提出了更高的要求。二灘水電站裝機(jī)3300MW,是20世紀(jì)中國最大的水電站,目前二灘水電站依然是西南電網(wǎng)的主力電站,承擔(dān)著調(diào)峰、調(diào)頻等重要職責(zé)。二灘水電站從1998年開始投運(yùn),計(jì)算機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)也同期投運(yùn),至今已運(yùn)行了十余年。自二灘水電站之后,國內(nèi)相繼建成一批大型甚至巨型水電站。本文從二灘水電站原計(jì)算機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)的缺陷、設(shè)備性能無法滿足電力標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求,以及系統(tǒng)的不可擴(kuò)展性開始分析,分析了二灘水電站原計(jì)算機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)改造的必然性。接下來通過對(duì)計(jì)算機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)、上位機(jī)、下位機(jī)、AGC/AVC系統(tǒng)、水情通信、調(diào)度通信的改造技術(shù)可行性進(jìn)行研究,找到了符合實(shí)際要求且安全可行的改造方案,并分析了改造工作中的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn),列舉了二灘水電站計(jì)算機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)改造的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。最后通過分析改造后計(jì)算機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì),以及與原監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)對(duì)比得到的性能提升指標(biāo),對(duì)計(jì)算機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)改造工作進(jìn)行了評(píng)估,總結(jié)提煉了大型水電站計(jì)算監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)安全改造技術(shù)策略。
[Abstract]:With the rapid economic growth of our country, the demand for energy, especially for electricity, has increased correspondingly, which has also promoted the rapid development of the electric power industry. With the increasing scale of power network and the increasingly severe network security situation, the security, reliability, stability and power quality of power supply enterprises are required higher. Especially for the power generation enterprise computer monitoring system put forward higher requirements. Ertan Hydropower Station is the largest hydropower station in China in the 20th century. At present, Ertan Hydropower Station is still the main power station in Southwest Power Grid, which is responsible for peak-shaving, frequency modulation and other important functions. Ertan Hydropower Station has been in operation since 1998, and the computer monitoring system has been in operation for more than ten years. Since Ertan Hydropower Station, a number of large and even giant hydropower stations have been built in China. This paper analyzes the defects of the original computer monitoring system of Ertan Hydropower Station, the equipment performance can not meet the requirements of power standards, and the inextensibility of the system, and analyzes the inevitability of the transformation of the original computer monitoring system of Ertan Hydropower Station. Then, by studying the feasibility of computer monitoring system network structure, upper computer, lower computer, AGC/AVC system, hydrologic communication and dispatching communication, we find a safe and feasible reconstruction scheme that meets the practical requirements. The key points and difficulties in the reconstruction work are analyzed, and the technical innovation points of the transformation of the computer monitoring system of Ertan Hydropower Station are listed. Finally, by analyzing the technical advantages of the computer monitoring system after the transformation, and comparing with the original monitoring system, the improvement work of the computer monitoring system is evaluated. This paper summarizes and refines the technical strategy of safety reformation of large-scale hydropower station calculation and monitoring system.
