基于RTEMS的車輛安全預(yù)警系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:汽車是一把雙刃劍,它的快速發(fā)展在給人類交通出行帶來(lái)極大便利的同時(shí),也會(huì)帶來(lái)慘痛的交通事故,這是長(zhǎng)期困擾交通參與者的巨大難題。近幾年來(lái),隨著嵌入式控制技術(shù)、傳感器技術(shù)和信息融合技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,以預(yù)防交通事故為主要目的的汽車主動(dòng)安全技術(shù)得到了高速發(fā)展。從早期的汽車動(dòng)力學(xué)穩(wěn)定性控制技術(shù)和汽車底盤一體化控制技術(shù),發(fā)展到現(xiàn)在的基于人—車危險(xiǎn)狀態(tài)監(jiān)控的車輛安全預(yù)警技術(shù)。隨著這些安全技術(shù)的發(fā)展,一定程度上提高了汽車的舒適性和安全性,安全預(yù)警技術(shù)已經(jīng)成為汽車技術(shù)發(fā)展的一個(gè)重要研究領(lǐng)域。本課題基于 RTEMS(Real Time Executive for Multiprocessor Systems,簡(jiǎn)稱RTEMS,實(shí)時(shí)多處理器系統(tǒng))設(shè)計(jì)了一種車輛安全預(yù)警系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)不僅可以實(shí)現(xiàn)汽車行駛狀態(tài)的安全預(yù)警,還可以實(shí)現(xiàn)駕駛員駕駛行為數(shù)據(jù)的收集、存儲(chǔ)與上傳,為交通安全大數(shù)據(jù)的研究分析提供基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)。本文從系統(tǒng)的功能需求出發(fā),首先確定了系統(tǒng)的總體實(shí)現(xiàn)方案,對(duì)系統(tǒng)各模塊進(jìn)行功能劃分,并設(shè)計(jì)了各功能模塊之間的數(shù)據(jù)交互方案,確保數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確有效傳輸。其次設(shè)計(jì)了安全預(yù)警系統(tǒng)的硬件平臺(tái),以S3C2416作為系統(tǒng)的核心處理器;以CAN(Controller Area Network,簡(jiǎn)稱CAN,控制器局域網(wǎng))控制器芯片MCP2515作為核心的數(shù)據(jù)采集單元,對(duì)系統(tǒng)的預(yù)警信息等重要行車參數(shù)進(jìn)行采集;以MT3732作為系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸單元,實(shí)現(xiàn)車輛與網(wǎng)絡(luò)收集平臺(tái)間雙向交互式通信;針對(duì)復(fù)雜的車載電磁環(huán)境,設(shè)計(jì)了改進(jìn)型DC-DC變換電路實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)系統(tǒng)的供電。最后根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)的硬件電路完成系統(tǒng)軟件設(shè)計(jì),利用RTEMS操作系統(tǒng)的實(shí)時(shí)性特點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)了多進(jìn)程的上層應(yīng)用程序,解決了各任務(wù)之間的通信和同步問(wèn)題,完美地實(shí)現(xiàn)了車輛安全預(yù)警和通過(guò)3G無(wú)線網(wǎng)絡(luò)上傳預(yù)警信息的目的。測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,本文設(shè)計(jì)的系統(tǒng)克服了汽車復(fù)雜的物理和電磁環(huán)境,實(shí)現(xiàn)了車輛行駛狀態(tài)的安全預(yù)警以及車輛與網(wǎng)絡(luò)收集平臺(tái)間高速、可靠、實(shí)時(shí)的雙向交互通信功能,具有較高的實(shí)用和推廣價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Automobile is a double-edged sword, its rapid development not only brings great convenience to human transportation, but also brings tragic traffic accidents, which is a huge problem that has plagued traffic participants for a long time. In recent years, with the rapid development of embedded control technology, sensor technology and information fusion technology, the automatic active safety technology, which aims at preventing traffic accidents, has been developed at a high speed. From the early vehicle dynamics stability control technology and the automobile chassis integrated control technology to the present vehicle safety early warning technology based on the man-vehicle dangerous condition monitoring. With the development of these safety technologies, the comfort and safety of automobiles have been improved to some extent, and safety warning technology has become an important research field in the development of automotive technology. A vehicle safety warning system is designed based on RTEMS (Real Time Executive for Multiprocessor Systems, (RTEMS, real-time multiprocessor system). The system can not only realize the safety warning of vehicle driving state, but also can collect, store and upload driver driving behavior data. It can provide basic data for traffic safety big data research and analysis. Starting from the functional requirements of the system, this paper first determines the overall implementation scheme of the system, divides the modules of the system into functions, and designs a scheme of data exchange among the functional modules to ensure the accurate and effective transmission of data. Secondly, the hardware platform of the security early warning system is designed, with S3C2416 as the core processor of the system. CAN (Controller Area Network, (CAN, controller LAN) controller chip MCP2515 is used as the core data acquisition unit to collect the important driving parameters such as the warning information of the system. Taking MT3732 as the data transmission unit of the system, the two-way interactive communication between the vehicle and the network collection platform is realized, and the improved DC-DC transform circuit is designed to supply the power to the system in view of the complex vehicle electromagnetic environment. Finally, the system software is designed according to the designed hardware circuit, and the multi-process upper application program is designed by using the real-time characteristics of the RTEMS operating system, which solves the communication and synchronization problems among the tasks. The purpose of vehicle safety warning and uploading warning information through 3G wireless network is realized perfectly. The test results show that the system overcomes the complex physical and electromagnetic environment of the vehicle, and realizes the security warning of the vehicle driving state and the high-speed, reliable and real-time two-way interactive communication between the vehicle and the network collection platform. It has high practical and popularizing value.
