基于RTEMS的車輛安全預(yù)警系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:Automobile is a double-edged sword, its rapid development not only brings great convenience to human transportation, but also brings tragic traffic accidents, which is a huge problem that has plagued traffic participants for a long time. In recent years, with the rapid development of embedded control technology, sensor technology and information fusion technology, the automatic active safety technology, which aims at preventing traffic accidents, has been developed at a high speed. From the early vehicle dynamics stability control technology and the automobile chassis integrated control technology to the present vehicle safety early warning technology based on the man-vehicle dangerous condition monitoring. With the development of these safety technologies, the comfort and safety of automobiles have been improved to some extent, and safety warning technology has become an important research field in the development of automotive technology. A vehicle safety warning system is designed based on RTEMS (Real Time Executive for Multiprocessor Systems, (RTEMS, real-time multiprocessor system). The system can not only realize the safety warning of vehicle driving state, but also can collect, store and upload driver driving behavior data. It can provide basic data for traffic safety big data research and analysis. Starting from the functional requirements of the system, this paper first determines the overall implementation scheme of the system, divides the modules of the system into functions, and designs a scheme of data exchange among the functional modules to ensure the accurate and effective transmission of data. Secondly, the hardware platform of the security early warning system is designed, with S3C2416 as the core processor of the system. CAN (Controller Area Network, (CAN, controller LAN) controller chip MCP2515 is used as the core data acquisition unit to collect the important driving parameters such as the warning information of the system. Taking MT3732 as the data transmission unit of the system, the two-way interactive communication between the vehicle and the network collection platform is realized, and the improved DC-DC transform circuit is designed to supply the power to the system in view of the complex vehicle electromagnetic environment. Finally, the system software is designed according to the designed hardware circuit, and the multi-process upper application program is designed by using the real-time characteristics of the RTEMS operating system, which solves the communication and synchronization problems among the tasks. The purpose of vehicle safety warning and uploading warning information through 3G wireless network is realized perfectly. The test results show that the system overcomes the complex physical and electromagnetic environment of the vehicle, and realizes the security warning of the vehicle driving state and the high-speed, reliable and real-time two-way interactive communication between the vehicle and the network collection platform. It has high practical and popularizing value.
