車輛戰(zhàn)術儲備器材包裝單元裝載優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:目的通過對車輛戰(zhàn)術儲備器材包裝單元化裝載問題展開研究,為提高部隊車輛戰(zhàn)術儲備器材包裝單元裝載能力提供技術與方法依據(jù)。方法分析裝載優(yōu)化模型的空間、質量、裝載平衡和擺放穩(wěn)定性等主要約束以及約束的處理方法,運用啟發(fā)式算法對模型求解流程進行合理設計,并提出啟發(fā)式算法和遺傳算法相結合的混合遺傳算法,以托盤裝載為例說明具體裝載過程。結果算例結果表明,托盤空間利用率達到了98.3%以上,裝載單元集裝穩(wěn)定性高。結論該算法可減少裝載容器數(shù)量,提升容器裝載能力,優(yōu)化器材包裝單元裝載,對提高車輛戰(zhàn)術儲備器材快速保障能力具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to provide technical and methodological basis for improving the loading capacity of vehicle tactical reserve equipment packaging unit by studying the problem of unit loading of vehicle tactical reserve equipment packaging. Methods the space, quality, load balance and stability of loading optimization model were analyzed and the methods of dealing with the constraints were analyzed. The heuristic algorithm was used to design the model solving process reasonably. A hybrid genetic algorithm combining heuristic algorithm and genetic algorithm is proposed to illustrate the loading process with pallet loading as an example. The results show that the utilization ratio of pallet space is over 98.3%, and the loading unit has high stability. Conclusion this algorithm can reduce the number of loading containers, improve the loading capacity of containers, optimize the loading of equipment packaging units, which is of great significance to improve the rapid support ability of vehicle tactical reserve equipment.
