基于多線程技術(shù)的水泥企業(yè)生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of people's living standards and the acceleration of urbanization construction, cement has become an indispensable and more important basic raw material, which plays a very important role in the national economic development. At the same time, cement enterprise is the source of high energy consumption and high emission. Only by mastering the cement production data in real time and unmistakably, can the managers of cement enterprises realize the fine management of energy consumption in cement enterprises and achieve the goal of low consumption and low emission. Therefore, the production data acquisition system plays an important role in cement enterprises. There are many problems in the domestic data acquisition system, which are mainly reflected in the following two aspects: one is that the CPU resources are not fully utilized, the other is the independence between tasks is poor, and the reliability of the system is low. Aiming at the above problems in the data acquisition system, this paper designs a cement enterprise production data acquisition system based on multithreading technology by using C # language and combining the advantages and characteristics of multi-thread technology with .NET as the development platform. The main work of this paper is as follows: (1) the multithreading technology under .NET platform is studied, and the classification, realization and operation of threads are deeply studied and mastered. (2) the technological process of cement production is studied, and the function and structure of each process are grasped. The structure and characteristics of production data in cement enterprise are analyzed, and the collection points of electric energy data are given. (3) the network structure of production data acquisition system in cement enterprise is proposed, the main network interface is described, and the SerialPort class of related communication technology is introduced. The OPC technology is deeply studied. (4) according to the idea of multi-thread technology, the software frame of the system is designed, the global variable declaration of main thread, initialization, thread operation module and serial port thread of sub-thread are designed. The power demand side thread and OPC data collection thread are designed and introduced in detail. (5) designing and creating the branch database and production line database, using C # language to realize the production data acquisition system of cement enterprise, The acquisition results of electric energy data are also given.
