基于煙花算法的壓阻式壓力傳感器動(dòng)態(tài)補(bǔ)償方法

【摘要】:為了解決在沖擊波測(cè)試過(guò)程中,壓力傳感器有限的工作帶寬和較低的諧振頻率導(dǎo)致測(cè)試信號(hào)發(fā)生畸變問(wèn)題,提出采用煙花算法對(duì)傳感器進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)補(bǔ)償方法,并針對(duì)動(dòng)態(tài)補(bǔ)償改進(jìn)適應(yīng)度函數(shù),進(jìn)一步提高補(bǔ)償結(jié)果的動(dòng)態(tài)性能。通過(guò)激波管測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)得到傳感器動(dòng)態(tài)補(bǔ)償傳遞函數(shù),可將階躍壓力信號(hào)的上升時(shí)間補(bǔ)償至15.0μs,超調(diào)量降低到8.27%;對(duì)實(shí)際炮口沖擊波測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)補(bǔ)償,結(jié)果顯示,動(dòng)態(tài)補(bǔ)償可有效抑制壓力傳感器諧振頻率的影響,提高超壓峰值和正壓作用時(shí)間的測(cè)試精度。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the distortion problem caused by the limited working bandwidth and low resonant frequency of the pressure sensor during the shock wave testing, a dynamic compensation method based on fireworks algorithm is proposed. The dynamic performance of the compensation result is further improved by improving the fitness function of the dynamic compensation. The dynamic compensation transfer function of the sensor can be obtained by the shock tube test data. The rising time of the step pressure signal can be compensated to 15.0 渭 s, and the overshoot can be reduced to 8.27 渭 s. The dynamic compensation of the actual muzzle shock wave test data shows that the dynamic compensation can effectively suppress the influence of the resonant frequency of the pressure sensor and improve the measurement accuracy of the peak overpressure and the positive pressure time.
