基于增量式PID算法的直流電機調(diào)速系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:設(shè)計了一種基于增量式PID算法的直流電機調(diào)速系統(tǒng),主要由單片機最小系統(tǒng)、液晶顯示、矩陣鍵盤和直流電機驅(qū)動電路等組成。系統(tǒng)以單片機AT89S52為控制核心,由定時器模擬產(chǎn)生PWM(脈沖寬度調(diào)制)來實現(xiàn)對直流電機的速度調(diào)節(jié)。目標(biāo)轉(zhuǎn)速值由矩陣鍵盤輸入后,通過AT89S52內(nèi)部的增量式PID算法來調(diào)節(jié)PWM的占空比,實現(xiàn)對電機速度的調(diào)節(jié),最終達到目標(biāo)轉(zhuǎn)速值并保持不變。同時液晶顯示屏能夠?qū)崟r顯示當(dāng)前實際轉(zhuǎn)速值、目標(biāo)轉(zhuǎn)速值以及速度隨時間變化的曲線。實際測試表明系統(tǒng)能實現(xiàn)直流電機的加速、減速功能,且在20 s內(nèi)自動達到設(shè)定的目標(biāo)轉(zhuǎn)速值,多數(shù)測量誤差保持在±1以內(nèi),能達到工業(yè)控制領(lǐng)域要求。
[Abstract]:A DC motor speed regulation system based on incremental PID algorithm is designed, which is composed of single chip microcomputer minimum system, liquid crystal display, matrix keyboard and DC motor drive circuit. The system takes AT89S52 as the control core and generates PWM (Pulse width Modulation) by the timer to realize the speed regulation of DC motor. After the target speed is input by the matrix keyboard, the PWM duty cycle is adjusted by the incremental PID algorithm inside the AT89S52, and the motor speed is adjusted, finally the target speed value is achieved and kept unchanged. At the same time, the liquid crystal display can display the curves of the actual speed, target speed and speed with time in real time. The actual test shows that the system can realize the acceleration and deceleration function of DC motor, and can automatically reach the target speed value within 20 seconds, and most of the measurement errors are kept within 鹵1, which can meet the requirements of industrial control field.
