巨磁阻傳感器的溫度補償電路系統(tǒng)設計

【摘要】:巨磁阻傳感器具有靈敏度高、易小型化、能耗低、應用前景廣泛等特點,但其靈敏度易受溫度的影響,在高性能應用中需進行必要的溫度補償。文中設計針對課題組研制的VA100F3自旋閥巨磁阻傳感器靈敏度的溫度特性,采用CMOS溫度傳感器來采集溫度信號,并通過模數(shù)轉換器轉變?yōu)榭刂菩盘?進而調節(jié)可調增益放大器的增益,以補償溫度變化所導致的GMR傳感器靈敏度的變化,巨磁阻傳感器溫度補償前后的靈敏度溫度系數(shù)分別是2 498 ppm/℃和678ppm/℃,達到了較好的補償效果。系統(tǒng)各電路均基于CSMC 0.5μm Mix-Signal工藝進行設計,可以實現(xiàn)單芯片集成。
[Abstract]:Giant magnetoresistive sensor (GMR) is characterized by high sensitivity, easy miniaturization, low energy consumption and wide application prospects. However, the sensitivity of GMR is easily affected by temperature, which requires necessary temperature compensation in high performance applications. In this paper, according to the temperature characteristic of the sensitivity of VA100F3 spin-valve giant magnetoresistive sensor developed by our research group, the temperature signal is collected by CMOS temperature sensor and converted into control signal by A / D converter. Furthermore, the gain of the tunable gain amplifier is adjusted to compensate for the change of the sensitivity of the GMR sensor caused by the change of temperature. The sensitivity temperature coefficient of the GMR sensor before and after temperature compensation is 2 498 ppm/ 鈩,
