立式包裝機(jī)用永磁同步電機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展、城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)和人民生活水平的逐步提高,包裝工業(yè)得以超速發(fā)展。立式包裝機(jī)械是包裝設(shè)備中的典型設(shè)備。立式包裝機(jī)中越來(lái)越多的采用電子凸輪代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)的機(jī)械凸輪,不但可以節(jié)約成本,還可以加快包裝速度,提高工作效率,同時(shí)增加機(jī)器的穩(wěn)定性。在電子凸輪使用過(guò)程中,對(duì)速度的要求很高,必須在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)到達(dá)同速區(qū)間,在同速區(qū)間之后又要進(jìn)行減速,只有這樣,才能充分發(fā)揮電子凸輪的作用,提高工作效率。永磁同步電機(jī)調(diào)速穩(wěn)定,可靠性高。為此,本文結(jié)合實(shí)際伺服控制系統(tǒng)的需求和項(xiàng)目實(shí)踐經(jīng)歷,以永磁同步電機(jī)為研究目標(biāo),對(duì)其中的控制技術(shù)進(jìn)行研究和設(shè)計(jì)。本文首先分析了永磁同步電機(jī)的數(shù)學(xué)模型,針對(duì)立式包裝機(jī)工作環(huán)境惡劣,擾動(dòng)較大,會(huì)影響電子凸輪的使用,采用滑模變結(jié)構(gòu)控制替代傳統(tǒng)的PI控制,通過(guò)積分滑模面和變指數(shù)趨近律的結(jié)合,抑制滑模抖振,使永磁同步電機(jī)能準(zhǔn)確快速響應(yīng)速度變化,最大限度發(fā)揮電子凸輪的作用。采用矢量控制,在Matlab上進(jìn)行控制系統(tǒng)仿真,仿真表明改進(jìn)的滑?刂菩Ч黠@。在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行了永磁同步電機(jī)調(diào)速系統(tǒng)的硬件電路設(shè)計(jì)和軟件電路設(shè)計(jì)。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,設(shè)計(jì)的立式包裝機(jī)用永磁同步電機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)能實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)速度的快速調(diào)節(jié),滿足電子凸輪的使用,運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定可靠,且控制效果良好。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and society, urbanization and the improvement of people's living standard, packaging industry has been developed rapidly. Vertical packaging machinery is a typical equipment in packaging equipment. More and more vertical packaging machines use electronic cam instead of traditional mechanical cam, which can not only save cost, but also speed up packaging speed, improve working efficiency, and increase the stability of the machine at the same time. In the process of using electronic cam, the requirement of speed is very high, so it is necessary to reach the same speed interval within a specified time and then slow down after the same speed interval. Only in this way, can the electronic cam fully play its role and improve its working efficiency. Permanent magnet synchronous motor speed control stability, high reliability. In this paper, the control technology of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is studied and designed according to the requirement of the actual servo control system and the practical experience of the project. In this paper, the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is first analyzed. In view of the bad working environment and large disturbance of vertical packaging machine, the use of electronic cam is affected by sliding mode variable structure control instead of traditional PI control. Through the combination of integral sliding mode surface and variable exponential approach law, the chattering of sliding mode can be restrained, so that the permanent magnet synchronous motor can respond to the change of speed accurately and quickly, and play the role of electronic cam to the maximum extent. Vector control is used to simulate the control system on Matlab. The simulation results show that the improved sliding mode control is effective. On this basis, the hardware circuit design and software circuit design of PMSM speed regulation system are carried out. The experiment shows that the control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor used in vertical packaging machine can adjust the speed quickly, satisfy the use of electronic cam, run stably and reliably, and the control effect is good.
