【摘要】：自主研發(fā)的"2400型導盤專用數(shù)控機床"已應(yīng)用于湖北某無縫鋼管企業(yè)5年,用于熱軋無縫鋼管生產(chǎn)線上的2400型導盤修復加工。2015年,該企業(yè)新增了無縫鋼管生產(chǎn)線,該生產(chǎn)線采用的是1500型導盤。對現(xiàn)有"2400型導盤數(shù)控機床"進行了升級改造:中心位置不變,改變定位座結(jié)構(gòu)實現(xiàn)不同定位;改變刀架結(jié)構(gòu)實現(xiàn)刀桿可自動調(diào)整;主動軸鏈接采用不同內(nèi)齒可同時嚙合的方案。在確保加工2400型導盤的基礎(chǔ)上,同時能夠修復加工1500型導盤,為企業(yè)節(jié)省開支,降低了成本。
[Abstract]:The "2400 type guide plate special numerical control machine tool" has been applied to a seamless steel pipe enterprise in Hubei province for 5 years, and has been used in repairing 2400 type guide plate in hot rolled seamless steel pipe production line. In 2015, the enterprise added a seamless steel pipe production line. The production line is 1500 type guide disc. The existing "2400 type guide disk CNC machine tool" has been upgraded: the center position is unchanged, the location seat structure is changed to realize different positioning, the tool holder structure can be automatically adjusted by changing the tool holder structure, and the main shaft link adopts different internal teeth that can be meshed at the same time. On the basis of machining 2400 type guide disc, it can repair the 1500 type guide disc and save expenses and reduce the cost for the enterprise.
